SEGMENT BALL VALVE

Segment ball is quarter turn control valve mainly recommend for throttle service,
but it is also applicable for shut off service. Segment ball is in V-notch design with
strong cutting force and self-cleanness, especially suitable for control of medium
containing fibre and tiny solids. Therefore, It is widely used in the control systems in
industries such as pulp and paper, petrochemistry, petroleum, chemical fibre,
power, metallurgy, pharmacy, enviromental protection ect.

One-piece valve body prevents potential leakage path caused by separate


flange.

Pretightened spring loaded seat to keep valve seat and ball in constant close
contact, therefore, good sealing performance is assured even at a low differential
pressure with greatly extended service life. PTFE soft seat and metal seat are availa-
ble for different application requirements.

Specially designed V-notch ball provides equal percentage flow characteristic with
high precision control performance as well as strong cutting force and self-clean-
ness function. Upper and lower shaft are fixed by bearings with good stability.
Bearings are in composite material, loaded surfaces of which are sintered with
superior abrasion resistant and self lubricating function, which prevents valve seizing
up during service life.

Ball and shaft are connected by spline, which well keeps shaft to neutral position
with large load bearing capacity and long service life. It also provides a seamless
match ball with shaft and the dead band phenomenon is prevented with enhan-
ced control precision.

For super-low flow applications, low capacity valves are available with DN25 for
precise control. Non-standard flanges are needed for connection with DN20 and
DN15 pipe.

Pressure test: Each valve undergoes hydraulic test with 1.5Xpressure rating as shell test pressure and 1.1X pressure rating as
tightness test pressure. Testing medium is water.
Leakage: Segment ball valve with maximum allowable leakage as following, equal to 2% of maximum leakage of ANSI/FCL 70.2
Class IV.

O-SHAPE BALL VALVE

O-shape ball valve is quarter turn valve intended for shut off services, while it can
also be used for throttle service in certain circumstance. Remote control can be
realized when pneumatic actuation and electric actuation are applied. Manual
operation is also available with handle lever and gearbox fitted. Spring loaded seat
and bidirectional seal design with seamless rotation of ball to provide a strong shear
and good self-cleanness. It is especially suitable for the control of fibre, suspension
containing tiny solids and viscous fluid. Therefore, It is widely used in process systems
in industries such as pulp and paper, petrochemistry, petroleum, chemical fibre,
power, metallurgy, pharmacy, enviromental protection ect.

FEATURES

Superior sealing performance is available with both metal seat and PTFE seat with
spring loaded to serve as self-compensation and self-cleanness. Bidirectional seal
design assures reliable tightness at both directions.

Upper and lower shaft are fixed by bearings with good stability. Bearings are
composite material, loaded surfaces of which are sintered with superior abrasion
resistant and self ubricating function, which prevents valve seizing up during
services life.

O-shape ball valve is with the lowest flow resistance among all valve types. It is the
same way with the reduced bore one.

Full stroke is completed by a 90 degree rotation with swift open and close. Therefo-
re, It is suitable for automatic control and remote control.

Only rotation is happening to shaft during the full stroke with a long service life of
packing. V-ring packing is adopted with pressure tightness to achieve reliable shaft
tightness.

SEATED GLOBE CONTROL VALVE

LHLS series pneumatic/electric small size single seated globe control valve has S-shape smooth flowpath to ensure low differenti-
al pressure and maximize the flow capacity with Cv value from 0.01~14 available, featuring in light in weight, wide rangeability
and high precision flow characteristic. It can be equipped with multi-spring diaphragm actuotor or electric actuator with
compact construction, larger outoput torque and easy mantenance. It is mainly intended for automatic control of small flow or
microflow and process conditions requiring high precision control. Three optional types can meet requirements of various
process conditions: normal temperature(P type), medium temperature(EI type) and low temperature(EII/EIIW type).

suitable materials.
5. In process conditions that tight shut-off is required and differantial pressure is higher than the one specified in the sheet,
larger actuator needs to be selected to ensure sufficient shut off force.

LHTS type pneumatic /electric top-guided single seated globe control valve is intended for medium and low duty services, small
in volume and light in weight. It has S- shape smooth flowpath with small differential pressure, large flow capacity and wide
rangeability. Multi-spring diaphragm actuator and electric actuator are applicable with compact construction, large output
torque and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for automatic control of medium of certain viscosity and containing fibres with
low differential pressure critical requirement of leakage. Three designs of normal temperature type(P), medium temperature
type(EI) and low temperature type(EII/EIIW) to suit various working condititions.

LHSG type pneumatic and electric cage-guided single seated globe control valve is a pressure balanced control valve. It has
excellent tightness with ductile graphite gasket and high performance sealing ring applied for the sealing between cage and
seat. It’s streamlined shape flowpath provides a relatively larger capacity. Stable control is easily achieved with a low operation
torque with the pressure balance configuration. So it is especially applicable for the throttle service at high differential pressure.
Three designs of normal temperature type(P), medium temperature type(EI) and low temperature type(EII/EIIW) to suit various
working conditions.

LHCN type pneumatic and electric low noise cage-guided single seated globe control valve is especially designed for decre-
asing the noise from compressible fluid with a lot of symmetrical holes on the cage to suit gas’s throttling and expansion, therefo-
re, flashing and cavitation are prevented. The sealing between cage and plug is ensured by ductile graphite and high perfor-
mance sealing ring with excellent tightness. It’s steamlined shape flowpath provides low pressure loss and large flow capacity.
Good stability and noise reduction are also easily achieved with the pressure balance configuration. It is especially applicable
for throttle service requiring low noise and no cavitation. Three designs of normal temperature type(P), medium temperature
type(EI) and low temperature type(EI/EIIW) to suit various working conditions.

LHDP type pneumatic and electric multi-structural cage-guided single seated globe control valve has a multi-structural cage to
control the velocity of fluid through the trim with greatly reduced pressure and noise from high pressure gas or steam, therefore,
flashing and cavitation are prevented. Pressure balance configuration ensures good stability and low operation torque. It is
especially applicable for throttle service requiring low noise and no cavitation. Three types of designs are available for various
working conditions: normal temperature type(P), medium temperature type(EI) and low temperature type(EII/EIIW).

is the same as upstream and downstream piping
 connected with ball valve. The ball valve will be
manufactured and inspected as per standard
specification and t u b i n g w i l l be w e l d e d with
completed ball valve and inspected. This option
has no limitation on tubing length unless l i m i ted
by transport due to packing size. If the piping is
in special material and size, we suggest user
offer the tubing.

handle lever or gearbox, electric motor, airdraulic,

BUTTERFLY VALVE

Butterfly valve is a quarter turn valve, suitable for both throttle and shut off service.
Our butterfly valve is in triple offset design to provide instant disk release at valve
opening and instant tightness at closing with prolonged valve life cycle and energy
saving. It also idealizes the movement locus of sealing face, which is an enhance-
ment to conventional butterfly valve, disk and seat of which is still in contact during
the first and final 0-10 degree travel at opening and closing. it is especially applica-
ble for the control of liquid, gas, steam and stock in the process systems of industries
like pulp and paper, chemistry, petroleum, chemical fibre, power, metallurgy,
pharmacy, enviromental protection etc.

Butterfly valve is in super thin design, small in volume, light in weight and cost saving.
Therefore, it is a relatively economical option.

As per the process requirements, resilient metal seat, Iaminated seat and FTFE seat
design are optional

Upper and lower shafts are fixed by double bearings with excellent stability and low
operation torque requirement. Bearings are in composite material, loaded surfaces
of which are sintered with superior abrasion resistance and self-lubricating function.
Therefore, seizing up is prevented during the valve service life.

Specially designed triple offset valve with reliable tightness even at a low deifferen-
tial pressure.

1. Shaft centerline is offset from that of valve and pipe.


2. Shaft is offset behind disk face.
3. Sealing face is offset with a oblique cone.

At the moment of valve opening, with offset 1 and offset 2,


disk is instantly released with low abrasion, low operation
torque requirement and quick open. Offset 3 is similar to an
oblique slice taken out from a metal cone as the disk swings
in and out of seat. It creates a speration angle between the
tangent of the disk motion curve and seat face, which
enables an increasing disk release and compression relative
to seat at opening and closing with low wearing and
galling. Therefore, the sealing performance and service life
are improved.
