Refinery have always regarded their employees their true strength and have always focused on their personal
and professional development as an individual and also as a team so they can grow to be valuable asset to the
firm.

I am currently working as a Maintenance Engineer in the Engineering Department of PRL as you are aware,
looking after static equipment along with several other capex projects. While working as project head,I have
acquired greater acceptability and self-assurance through working with diverse groups of people with different
mindsets collectively contributing towards the achievement of a common goal. For the project to be successfully
commissioned and implemented, being able to accept and work with others is the key however, there are other
factors which are of as much if not greater importance. Along the whole process, I made it a point to reflect on
my journey in an attempt to identify my strengths and grey areas on which I need to work.

Accordingly, I am writing this email to discuss PRL’s growth and my possible career advancement through my
enrolment in Project Management Professional Course to become certified PMP sponsored by PRL. The course
will not only equip me sufficiently to undertake upcoming projects more efficiently but will also be of crucial
importance in assisting my team in adapting to new environment supporting optimization of available resources
to maximize output. Also, the concepts and techniques acquired through this certification could be put in place
to further strengthen our current system leading to more frequent timely completion of our projects. All these
will inevitably translate into cost-savings which is the top-most priority for the company right now, outweighing
the costs incurred in the course by huge margin. With the certification complying with ISO 9001 standards
followed vigorously by PRL, I understand the significance of the program is already evident to the organization.

the certification request latest by November 2nd, 2018 so that relevant arrangements may be made in time. If
