4th to 12th January, 2019
Dear Parent/Guardian

Your ward would be visiting Kechla from 4th to 12th January, 2019.

He/she would travel from New Delhi (Terminal-2) to Raipur by Indigo Airline Flight No. 6E – 2757on
4th January at 6:50am.

The group will travel by a chartered bus from Raipur to Kechla, district Koraput.
Please ensure that your ward reaches New Delhi Airport latest by 4:50 am on 4th January 2019 along with the luggage
(as per the kit list given below). In case of flight delay, please reach Airport at least two hours before the journey. The
luggage should be properly labelled, and it should not be more than 15 kgs.
The students are permitted to carry their cell phones on the trip. However, limited use of cell phones would be
allowed. Do not get perturbed if you find their cell phones switched off at times.
Your ward will return by Indigo Airline Flight Number: 6E-2409 at the New Delhi Airport on 12th January,
2019 at 1:05 pm.

Note: Please ensure that the child is dropped off & picked up at the airport at the suggested time.

KIT LIST

NOTE: Luggage to be packed in one or two small bags rather than one big one to enable easy handling.

1. Winter clothes – 4 sets (nights are very cold in Kechla, 3-5°C)


2. Summer clothes –2 sets (only for afternoon activities)
3. Sportswear, Track Suit
4. Warm Jacket, woollen cap
5. Comfortable sports shoes
6. Tiffin Box (instead of disposable), water bottle, garbage bags, old newspapers, paper napkins
7. Torch
8. Some Snacks
9. Packed breakfast and lunch for the onward journey
10. Bed sheet-1
11. Medicines including band aid and sticking plaster, pain relief spray, crepe bandage, etc.
12. Note book and writing material.
13. Mosquito repellent
14. Toiletries
15. Rain coat and small back pack
16. School ID Card and Aadhar Card (Mandatory)

Students wishing to donate old books or stationery items (in good condition), could bring them along with their baggage for
the underprivileged children in Kechla.
