Filtration:

• When Filter Feed Tank is not in Low Level & UF Permeate Tank is in High Level
and UF Cycle Start is Pressed, UF Feed Valve and Permeate Valve will OPEN.
• After 5sec, UF Feed Pump will go ON.
• After 30min, UF Feed Pump will go OFF.
• After 5sec, UF Reject Valve will OPEN and Permeate Valve will CLOSE.
• Whenever UF Permeate Tank attains HIGH in between, Sequence will resume to
complete the service time after attaining Not in HIGH Level.

Flushing:

• After 5sec, When Filter Feed Tank is not in Low Level, UF Feed Pump will go ON.
• After 45sec, UF Feed Pump will go OFF.
• After 5sec, UF Feed Valve will CLOSE and Backwash Inlet Valve will OPEN.

Backwash:

• After 5sec, When UF Backwash Tank is not in Low Level, UF Backwash Pump A/B
will go ON.
• After 60sec, UF Backwash Pump will go OFF.
• After 5sec, Backwash Inlet Valve will CLOSE and UF Feed Valve will OPEN.
• In every alternate backwash cycle , UF Disinfectant and Organic Dosing will
switch ON alternately to perform CEB.
• During Backwash if the Backwash Tank attains Low Level, whole process will stop
and cycle should be started again to fill the Backwash Tank in service mode.

Flushing:

• After 5sec, When Filter Feed Tank is not in Low Level, UF Feed Pump will go ON.
• After 45sec, UF Feed Pump will go OFF.
• After 5sec, UF Permeate Valve will OPEN and UF Reject Valve will CLOSE.
• Again the Filtration process will continue.
