 Good Knowledge on plastic part Design (trims components like IP, Door Trims, Center
console & Pillars)

 Have exposure on Interface checks, DMU, Manufacturing and Service requirements

 Design and develop the master section, concept detailing independently

 Creation and modification of CAD models and drawings in required CAD software (Catia-V5 /
Creo)

 Understand GD & T and have hands on experience on basic GD &T

 Target setting for parts strength, Gap-Flush, weight, BSR & regulatory requirement

 Knowledge of CAE, Vehicle DVP & Validation requirements

 Exterior Parts (Front End Carrier) as per customer requirements to achieve

Its function considering interface packaging, manufacturing and assembly aspects.

 Responsible for execution of given tasks with desired quality and within the given time

 Responsible to follow up all the standard work procedures, methodologies etc during the works

 Maintain current CAD file management practices. Learn and gain product knowledge.

 To release the design data in the system as per required product data management system
