Dear Ma’am

Greetings in the name of the Lord!

I am Stephanie Mickey V. Advincula, a BSN V student of School of Nursing and Allied

Health Sciences. I am writing this letter because the University Registrar said that I should re-
enrol my NAS105 Physics subject doesn’t want to enter my grade in for the Summer class of
AY 2014-2015. The Registrar said that I should re-enrol those subjects and due to that reason I
will not be able to graduate this semester.

All I thought I don’t have any deficiencies in my grades since I was doing my
responsibility as a student. When I was informed that I have deficiencies in grades, I went to the
registrar immediately to clarify the said subjects. I ask Ma’am Tina to find and recheck the
grading sheet of those subjects but she was not able to find the grading sheet so I did was to
contact and find my professor of each subject and ask favour to give me again a copy of my
grade. All of my professors were able to give me a grade so I went immediately to the registrar to
pass the forms but unluckily the registrar won’t allow my grades to be entered because it was SY
2015 – 2016 and it should be re-enrolled. Now, they are questioning why my grades are only
now. I am seeking for your generous help on this matter.
