Career Objective
I am hoping to apply my education, past experiences, and leadership skills to pursue a career in teaching elementary
students in the Bakersfield, California school districts. I want to use my philosophy of teaching to inspire the next
generation to believe they can achieve anything they set their mind to.

Professional Experience

Children’s Discovery Center, Pinedale & Cody, Wyoming 2015-2018

Substitute teacher & Parent Volunteer. Excelled in creative skills as well as mentoring studies.
Managed the classroom while equipping the young students with leadership skills

Sublette County School District #1, Pinedale, Wyoming 2011-2015

Managed middle school boys’ swim team and implemented daily workout schedule, coordinating swim
meets and bus schedule. Maintained strong relations with student athletes and parents, and
collaborated with school administration.

Pinedale Aquatic Center, Pinedale, Wyoming 2010-2015

Developed, managed and taught USA swim program for athletes ranging in ages 5-18. Designed and
motivated student athletes during daily workouts, recruited and trained new coaches to build a
successful program. Obtained CPR Red Cross and Concussion certification and maintained positive
communication to endure safety and success.

Pocatello School District #25, Pocatello, Idaho 2009-2010

Implemented lesson plans of current teacher needs while adapting and managing to a classroom that is
a new environment. Proficient in being an enthusiastic leader while holding students accountable to
their class tasks.

Estate Manager, Teton County, Wyoming and Idaho 2001-2009

Maintained multiple homes and properties; landscaping, gardens, green houses and livestock.
Responsible for purchase management, working directly with cook, caterer, housekeeper, veterinarian
and seasonal personnel. Directed the interviewing, hiring, and managing of contract labor and
continuance of local vendor relationships.
