Nurse : “May I help you ?”

Patient : “Yes, of course.”

Nurse : “What is your name?”

Patient : “My name is Jihan, nurse.”

Nurse : “What is your problem?”

Patient : “I have a problem with my eyes.”

Nurse : “Please sit down, Mrs.”

Patient : “Thank you nurse.”

Nurse : “What happened with your eyes?”

Patient : “My eyes feels sore, pain and also looked red.”

Nurse : “Then, Do you want to check your eyes?”

Patient : “Yes, I do.”

Nurse : “What caused your eyes to hurt?”

Patient : “May be exposed to street dust, because I work everyday riding a

motorcycle.”

Nurse : “I recommend to check by an ophthalmologist.”

Patient : “At this hospital, Is there an ophthalmologist?”

Nurse : “Yes, There is”

Patient : “Who is the doctor ?”

Nurse : “He was named dr. Budi.”

Patient : “Okay, Thankyou”

Nurse : “You’re welcome”

(Then, the patient comes to the ophthalmologist, checks what he feels.)

Doctor : “May I help you?”

Patient : “When riding a motorcycle my eyes are exposed to dust until it

becomes sore and also looks red.”

Doctor : “Let me check first.”

Patient :”Okay doc, how is the result?”

Doctor : “This is your eyes infection.”

Patient : “Then, what should I do ?”

Doctor : “I will give you a recipe and you take it to the pharmacy.”

Patient : “Where is the Pharmacy?”

Nurse : “Let me show you the place.”

Patient : “Yes nurse. Thank you.

Nurse : “Keeping walking straight a head then turn left and straight then turn

right and there is a ladder on the left it goes up to the second floor the is the

ruby room.”

Patient : “Yes, thank you.”

Nurse : “Please, later come back again.”

Patient : “Okay nurse.”

(After taking the medicine, the patient returns to the nurse to be given an explanation

of the medication.)

Patient : “This is the medicine, I have taken it at the Pharmacy.”

Nurse : “Yes, Mrs. This medicine will be taken 3 time a day.”

Patient : “How many the drops are used to times a day ?”

Nurse : “This is used 2 time a day in 2 until 3 drops.”

Patient : “Okay nurse, thank you.”

Nurse : “Besides taking medication regulary, you cover the helmet glass when

driving, so that the eyes are not exposed to dust.”

Patient : “Okay nurse. Thank you very much.”

Nurse : “I hope your eyes getting better.”

Patient : “Thank you nurse.”

Nurse : “You’re welcome.”
