Sub:- Legal notice for partition of the schedule property into
14 shares and allot and deliver 2/14 share i.e 0.11 cents to the
share of the my client – Rg.

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri.Shaik Koppu
Sadak Ali S/o late Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain, residing at door
No.7/62, bus stand road, Kamalapuram town post & Mandal, Kadapa
District, I herely issue this legal notice to you with the following facts.
1. The schedule property is ancestral property inherited
by the father of my client named late Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain
being the father of my client and that the father of my client was
blessed with 6 sons and 2 daughters. My client is the fourth son to his
father named Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain. The father of my client died
about 10 years ago and his mother Khyrunnisa died 15 years ago. You
being the sixth son to your father Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain have
been managing the joint family property left over to you all i.e 6 sons
and 2 daughters of your father Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain who died
intestate about 10 years ago without making any alienation deed in
favour of any body for the schedule property.

2. The schedule property is to be divided into 14 shares
among the 6 sons 2 daughters of Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain as per
the principles of Mohammadan law (Shariyat Act of 1937) each son of
Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain has to get 2/14 share and his 2 daughters
get 2/14 in the schedule property. The schedule property is being
enjoyed by 6 sons 2 daughters of Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain. You
have no right or authority to enjoy the schedule property as absolute
owner. My client being fourth son of Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain has
to get his 2/14 share i.e 0.11 cents in the schedule property.
3. My client demanded you several times to partition the
schedule property in to 14 shares and deliver 2/14 share i.e 11 cents by
Mets and bounds to my client. You with fraudulent motive refused to
give any share to my client in the schedule property. My client is
legitimate fourth son of late Shaik.Koppu Khader Hussain. You have no
legal right to deny the share of my client in the schedule property.
4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you should
divide the schedule property in the 14 shares and deliver 2/14 share i,e
11 cents to my client within 20 days. Otherwise my client is forced to
file civil suit against you in the court of law for getting his 2/14 share
that is 0.11 cents in the schedule property by holding you to liable to
costs and consequences.

The landed property situated at Kamalapuram village fields in
Kamalapuram town post & Mandal, Kamalapuram Sub district, Kadapa
District.

The share of my client is 2/14 share that is 0.11 cents in the
above property.
