Sub:- Second legal notice for taking legal steps against you Nos: 1
and 2 and others by filing suit for damages for writing defamatory
pleadings made in O.S No:-43/2017 and also in rejoinder in I.A No:
1471/2017 in O.S No:-43/2017 against us - Rg.
Reference:- Legal notice dated 19-01-2018 issued by us to you Nos:
1 and 2.
1. You did not issue any reply notice to us for our legal notice
dated 19-01-2018 upto now since you fully admitted, agreed and
consented the truth in that first legal notice of us dated 19-01-2018.
2. The docket in rejoinder field in petition I.A No: 1471/2017 is
containing the name M/S.Y.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, associate Advocates
Hyderabad, and below to that address containing the name of another
Advocate Sri. R. Chandra Obul Reddy Advocate of Kadapa. It shows that
you No: 2 did not draft and did not prepare the rejoinder filed along with
I.A No: 1471/2017 in O.S NO: 43/2017 in the Honourable FOURTH ADDL
DISTRICT JUDGE COURT which is containing with all absurd pleading olely
meant to defame us to such an extent which cannot be pardonable.

3. Now we have to know the author of Affidavit in I.A No:
1471/2017 and Rejoinder filed along with I.A No: 1471/2017.
Please answer to the following questions.
i. Did you No: 1 drafted plaint in O.S No: 43/2017?
ii. Did you No: 2 drafted Affidavit in I.A No: 1471/2017?
iii. Did you No: 2 drafted the rejoinder field along with I.A No:
1471/2017?
iv. Who drafted Affidavit and rejoinder in I.A No: 1471/2017 in O.S
No: 43/2017?
3. We believed that Sri M/S.Y.Chandra Sekhar Reddy and
Associate, Advocates at Hyderabad prepared suit plaint in O.S No:
43/2017, Affidavit and rejoinder in I.A No: 1471/2017. You Nos 1 and 2
did not give reply notice up to now for our legal notice dated 19-01-2018.
The petitioner named Kumari.M.Bargavi did not put her signature in the
in the Affidavit in I.A No: 1471/2017 since there is lot of difference in the
signature of Kumari.M.Bargavi in affidavit when compared with the
signature of Kumari.M.Bargavi put in the rejoinder. We concluded that
some third party is managing the litigation in O.S No: 43/2017 against us
for which all those persons are to be brought on the record of cases as
parties to those civil and criminal proceedings, which are going to be
instituted against those persons. We have to take and consider that the
contents referred by us in the first legal notice dated 19-01-2018 are true
and correct and that you Nos: 1 and 2 are liable for paying damages to us
and also liable for criminal prosecution since you agreed and did not deny
contents in our legal notice dated 19-01-2018 .
4. Therefore please take this second legal notice and that you
Nos: 1 and 2 are requested to give reply notice to us within 10 days.
Otherwise, we are forced to take appropriate legal steps against you in
the court of law by holding you liable for costs and consequences.
