Mastan Valli Street, Kadapa city, 2.Sri.P.Md.Isamril S/o. Late
P.Md.Mohammed Ali, residing at door No.10/24-17-7 Khaleel Nagar
Bellammandi Street, Kadapa city, I hereby issue this legal notice to
you No. 1&2 with the following facts:

1. Late Panwala Mohammed Ghouse Miah got the schedule


property and other properties and made oral gift in 1926 to his first
son named Yakub Sab relating scheduler property and died in 1930
by leaving the schedule property to my clients and other legal heirs
of P.Md.Ghouse Miah.

2. My clients submit that P.Md.Ghouse Miah did not sell or


made any gift deed in favour of his third son named Ismail sab during
:: 2 ::

his life time relating to the schedule property. My clients are the
great, great, grandsons (Muni Manamallu) of P.Md.Ghuse Miah as
such my clients are entitled for the schedule property. My first client
is in possession and enjoyment of the first item of the schedule
property. You Nos.1 and 2 forcibly occupied the item No.2 of the
schedule property. You No.1 occupied first four rooms from the west
and you No.2 occupied eastern position property of my clients by
use of your criminal force.

3. My first client is in legal possession and enjoyment of the


first item of the schedule property with full-fledged rights. My clients
1&2 and other legal heir of P.Md.Ghouse Miah are entitled for item
No.2 of the notice schedule property.

4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you


should deliver item No.2 property to my clients with in ten days.
Otherwise my clients are forced to file civil suit against you in the
court of law by holding you for liable for costs and consequences

SCHEDULE:
ITEM NO.1 : House property Bearing new door No.20/397, old
door Nos20/202 and 203 situated in Mastan Valli street, Kadapa city.

ITEM NO.2 : House Building property situated in new door


No.20/396 old door No.201, situated at Mastan valli street, Kadapa
city.
