Under the instructions and on behalf of our client Smt.Narala
Narayanamma W/o Narala Ramachandra Reddy residing in Akkula
Garipalle village & post, Lingala Mandal, Kadapa District, I herely issue
this reply notice to you for your legal notice dated 02-06-2018 issued on
behalf of your client Smt.Kona Sulochana W/o Ravindra Reddy residing n
Krishnamgari palli village & post, Thondur Mandal, Kadapa District, with
the following facts.
1. My client executed an agreement of sale on 28-04-2016 in
favour your client by receiving the token advance of Rs.2,50,000/- from
your client by giving five months time for executing registered sale deed
in favour client on or before 28-09-2016. Your client paid Rs.1,00,000/-
on 21-09-2016 and took endorsement in order to get registered sale
deed from my client on or before 28-02-2017.
2. Your notice schedule property is not D.K.T land and that
property is purely patta land purchased under registered sale deed dated
16-01-1981. Your client should have got registered sale deed from my
client on or before 28-02-2017. My client was always ready and willing to
execute registered in favour of your client from the very beginning, but
your client is not at all ready from the very beginning to get registered
sale deed from my client.

3. The limitation for the agreement of sale dated 28-04-2016
expired on 28-09-2016 and that endorsement dead line date expired on
28-02-2017. So your client has no right or authority to demand my client
to execute registered sale deed on 14-06-2018. The limitation for the
agreement expired and that your client lost her right to seek execution of
registered sale deed in favour of your client. The advance amount of Rs.
3,50,000/- has been forfeited to the account of my client since your client
was not ready and willing to get registered sale deed from my client
within the agreed time as agreed upon by both the parties. My client
here by cancelled that agreement of sale by virtue of this reply notice and
that my client is going to sell that property to third parties.
4. Therefore please take this reply notice and that you are
requested to advise to your client that your client lost her right to get
registered sale on 28-02-2017 and that agreement of sale dated 28-04-
2016 and endorsement dated 21-09-2016 are here by cancelled by virtue
of this reply notice. My client is going to sell her property shown in your
legal notice to some third parties at prevailing market price.
