Managed Quality Assurance Program for an U.S. Aircraft Carrier providing oversight and leadership to
eighteen work groups, of over one thousand personnel, in both nuclear and non-nuclear quality
maintenance processes and policies. The quality assurance program has been evaluated as above
average improving from below average under my tenure.
 Developed and managed integrated audit and surveillance program, centered on root cause
analysis, corrective action determination and evaluation for effectiveness.

Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor, NPTU Ballston Spa December 2003- October 2012

Directly supervised a team of over 30 mechanical, electrical, chemical, and reactor operators in both a
field and control room setting during all scenarios of an operating and shutdown nuclear reactor.
