¶ Complications locales
Le déplacement, la menace d’extériorisation ou l’extériorisation du
boîtier de stimulation ne sont pas exceptionnels et nécessitent une
réintervention. L’extériorisation, en particulier du boîtier, implique
l’explantation de l’ensemble du matériel qui doit être considéré
comme infecté.
Ces complications relativement rares après primo-implantation
(0,4 %) voient leur taux atteindre 4,5 % s’il s’agit d’une
réintervention pour remplacement de boîtier [9].
