IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Stay is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the accrual of any penalties

under the Alabama Memorial Preservation Act of 2017, §
41-9-230 et seq., Ala Code 1975 is hereby STAYED.
