PROCEEDINGS

Session was started at 9:00 in the morning: Call to order by the Presiding Officer, followed by
Singing of Philippine National Anthem, Roll Call was made; Reading of Previous Minutes;
Consideration and Approval of the Previous Minutes; then business of the day.

RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE JOSE L. ONG,

GOVERNOR, NORTHERN SAMAR, THRU HONORABLE GOLDA BASISTA,
SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN, 1st DISTRICT OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO
DONATE FIVE (5) UNITS OF JETMATIC PUMPS FOR THE DOMESTIC USE OF THE
RESIDENTS OF SITIO MANALIGUAN, BARANGAY MOLAVE, CATARMAN,
NORTHERN SAMAR.

WHEREAS, Sitio Manaliguan, Barangay Molave has no portable water for their daily domestic
use,

WHEREAS, most of the residents in the said barangay are indigents and could not afford the
service of Catarman Water District,
WHEREAS, if given them five (5) units of water jetmatic pumps, will solve the primary
household needs.

NOWTHEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. Lina N. Loberiano, and duly seconded by Collegial
body

RESOLVED as it is HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Resolution enacted requesting to Hon.

Golda Ballesta to donate five (5) units of jetmatic pumps for Barangay Molave (POBLACION)
Catarman, Northern Samar for domestic needs.
