AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The main aim of the researcher is to present a detailed study on the topic- Oriental Insurance Company
Limited Vs Mohd. Nasir. The case is carefully researched upon. The facts and provisions are studied. A
detailed study on the same is presented by the researcher.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Doctrinal method of research were relied upon for the completion of this project. Primary method was
adopted for the process of research undertaken on this topic. The menthod of writing this project is
mostly of an analytical nature.

SOURCES OF DATA

Few primary and secondary sources were used in this rough draft. Some literary works, books and
articles were referred to.
The internet through various websites was used extensively for the collection of data whuch was
required for the study needed for this research.

LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

Limited period of time was the biggest limitation of the study. Territorial and monetary limitations were
also present. The researcher had a limited period of time to complete the analytical analysis of the given
topic.
