Front Shock Absorber

Front Shock Absorber

As a product improvement the front shocks used on conventional models have been
changed to the type with nonreplaceable bushings. The new shock is part number
37301-0021. This shock directly replaces part number 37301-3202. When using the
new shock to replace part number 37301-0016 a new mounting bolt and flat washer
must also be used. The following parts and procedure should be used when installing
the new shocks.

Parts Required
(2) 37301–0021 Shock per unit
(2) 99–9430902 5/8” x 5 grade 8 bolts
(2) 554573 5/8” Locknut
(2) 551105 Flat washer

Torque nut to 100 Ft.lb. (136 Nm).
