The cover up of corruption in the international financial system is at an end. Vitali,
Glattfelder, and Battiston of ETH Zurich exposed a secret “super entity” that owns 40%
of the assets of the 43,000 transnational companies on the capital markets, and receives
60% of their earnings. The three systems analysts call this super entity the Network of

The paper currencies issued by the 60 central banks that belong to the Bank for
International Settlements are at the core of this corruption. The Federal Reserve Note,
which served as the international reserve currency, is about to crash, and take the other
paper currencies with it.

Compare the amount of metal in the Roman Denarius and the amount of gold in Federal
Reserve Notes. There is no agreement that the SDR (a basket of fiat currencies) should
become the new international reserve currency to replace the Federal Reserve Note.
Rather, there is agreement that national currencies minted out of gold should replace
the Federal Reserve Note as the new international reserve currencies.

The world’s international monetary gold reserves were placed in a trust in hiding for
fifty years at the end of WWII. This trust is called the Global Debt Facility, and it is
administered by the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF. A very accurate
power transition model using game theory confirms that a coalition exists on the Board
of Governors of the World Bank and IMF. The Board of Governors has placed the
Network of Global Corporate Control in receivership in the Global Debt Facility and has
defeated various attempts to dismantle the Global Debt Facility. The most telling
evidence that the Network of Global Corporate Control is no longer in control is growing
disdain for propaganda promulgated by the Network of Global Corporate Control in the
media.

It is high time for the agents that served the Network of Global Corporate Control to
serve the interests of their constituents instead and permit the Global Currency Reset to
be implemented. Otherwise, the paper currencies are going to fail in permanent gold
backwardation, bringing starvation and another Dark Ages for everyone. The price of
gold for immediate delivery has been higher than for future delivery since July, 2013.
The Network of Global Corporate Control’s agents will not switch so long as they fear for
their lives or their imprisonment.

Although no one country should be required to tackle this corruption singled-handedly,

today in an email to the government and to several groups active on anti-corruption, I
made the following points why it makes sense to start discussions on amnesty:

1) The Netherlands was one of the leaders in questioning the cover-up of

corruption at the World Bank in 2005, and Herman Wijffels (who represented
the Netherlands at the World Bank between 2006 and 2008 and headed the
inquiry which resulted in the firing of Paul Wolfowitz) has acknowledged the
corruption in the international financial system
2) The corruption in the legal profession has been completely laid bare at the same
time as the International Court of Justice tried unsuccessfully to dismantle the
Global Debt Facility

I went to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to initiate the discussions on amnesty, and
spoke with several departments, ending up in a half hour discussion with the
Communications Department. We talked about the fact that the Netherlands’ monetary
gold reserves are in the Global Debt Facility and how the agents of the Network of
Global Corporate Control will resist the transition from paper currency issued by De
Nederlandsche Bank to aurum from the Global Debt Facility

so long as they fear punishment.

In the middle of this discussion on amnesty, a Ministry official asked for additional
identification, and I produced my Laissez Passer, showing 20 years of visas on mission
travel. This is a good opening discussion. There will need to be two-way
communications, from the people who are the proper beneficiaries of this gold, from
whom the fruit of their labor has been stolen and then hidden, and from the agents of
the Network of Global Corporate Control, who are relinquishing their part in this
corruption that has lasted from time immemorial.

Legal Counsel to the Global Debt Facility sent to Minister Lilianne Ploumen on
November 2, 2015 concerning the monetary gold reserves of these conflict-affected

It is now time to come to agreement on amnesty arrangements so that there can be a

peaceful transition to the rule of law. A proposal that I submitted last spring to the
International Law Section of the American Bar Association frames the legal aspects; I
had suggested including Herman Wijffels in the panel because he has paved the way for
others to follow.

I will be following up with the Netherlands Embassy in Washington to get the ball
