Boss Family Reunion Registration Packet

Dear Family Members:

The 2019 Boss Family Reunion Planning Committee is pleased to announce that our family reunion will be
held the weekend of​ July 19th through July 21st​ in Houston, Texas.
This has always been our family 2nd homestead which is the picturesque backdrop and the
perfect place to gather and reconnect while enjoying a variety of activities that are sure to
create lasting memories for all.
In an effort to successfully organize and to financially secure all aspects of this exciting weekend,
we are asking each household (from 1 to 4 members) to contribute​ $150 ​due no later than May
31st​. Payments made late/on-sited uring the Family Reunion weekend will be $200 per
household.(more details below)
The monetary contribution covers the following items:
● Food and drinks for Friday’s Get Acquainted
● Materials for Saturday’s family time, the Family Celebration (dinner and drinks), as well
as the fees for renting the banquet space, Saturday morning activities, and all other
incidentals necessary to make the weekend seamless (i.e., name tags, markers, pens,
utensils, plates, napkins, cups, serving pans, award certificates, gifts).
● Sunday dinner (Fish Fry)
NOTE​: Any monies left over will be turned over to the next planning committee and used toward
future reunion expenses.

● Family Reunion Registration Form
● Hotel accommodation options
● Preliminary Weekend agenda (all of the details are still being planned)

Please peruse the packet and mail back Family Reunion Registration Form along with your family
contribution of $150.00 and $50 for each additional family member over 4 people.

Family Contributions:

Family registration for 2-4 people $150.00

Each additional person OVER 4 people $50.00

Individual registration for ONE person $75.00

Anyone/family making payments ON-Site or LATE $200.00 per family (2-4 people)
registration (After June 1st) $75.00 per additional person
$100.00 for an individual

Hotel Accommodations
We have blocked rooms at two relatively priced hotels about 5 minute drive to/ from the family’s main
event gathering on Saturday. We have reserved rooms at the Four Points Hotel and the Stay Bridge Suites
Hotel. A reservation code will be uploaded to the website and Boss Family Reunion FaceBook page with
EXACT cost no later than February 25th. The costs at each hotel currently are under $100/night.

Boss Family Celebration/Gathering

This is the part of our reunion that we normally call a ‘banquet’. This has become a tradition in our family where we
come together to hear our family history and about each other. This year we want to add some twists…

● Attire: We will wear solid white tops and blue jeans for the Boss Family Celebration/Gathering but you can dress
it up any way you choose! Add your bling! Or accessorize! Make it BOSS!
○ A group photo will be taken. If you would like to purchase separate family portraits--this can be done
between 5:30- 6:00 pm. Pricing to come soon.
● Let’s CELEBRATE US!!!
○ Family Montage
■ Please include at least one photo of your family. We would also like individual photos of
everyone in your family unit. It would be great to send it (digitally, from your phone works)
photos from as many family members in your family as possible! Please include those that are
attending the reunion and those who won’t make it.
■ We would also like photos from those who aren’t with us anymore as well.
■ Please make sure to label all photos.
○ Don’t forget to share ALL of your family milestones since we last met.
■ Include Weddings, Graduations, Births, Anniversaries, Milestone birthdays, Retirements, Job
