The text establishes that a measure that is implemented as a solution to reduce the mortality
caused by diseases such as hypertension and diabetes suffered by the Mexican population in
consequence by excess consumption of beverages with high sugar levels is to establish a tax
rate in these products and thus reduce their consumption.

2.- What are the consistencies or inconsistencies that you found in the document?
An inconsistency that I believe exists in the text is that considering that by implementing a tax rate
on these products does not ensure that their consumption will be reduced due to the high
dependence that exists today in the population and in some cases to be a vice so regardless of
the price of these products, these will continue to be acquired.

3.- What are the bias or errors that you found in the arguments (bad arguments, fallacies,
omissions, false inferences and deceptive statistics)?
In my personal opinion, I do not think that the best solution for this situation is to impose tax and
promote this as an excellent solution to reduce chronic diseases, since it is proven that in many
cases of diabetes and hypertension these can also be caused by inheritance of relatives or
genetic, I also consider that some missing in this document is the promotion of better eating habits
to the community as another possible resource to solve this problem.

4.- Can conclusions be derived from the arguments?

In conclusion, for me, I can say that this type of measures to be implemented to solve this problem
in the population can contribute to the established objective, however, I believe that this should
not be considered as the only and true solution since in that case we can fall into a fallacy or
misconception, to take as a starting point for this human behavior and believe that by
implementing a tax the habits of people will change in a very short time.

5.- Does the point of view of the document is derived from research?
It seems to me that the ideas and points of view of the document are linked and supported by a
more in-depth and field investigation, since the ideas put forward have considerable logic and are
very well presented.

6.- In which way are you ordering your own arguments to avoid being disperse?
I believe that you always want to expose and if necessary write an opinion and points of view
must respect a logical order and that of meaning expressed, starting with a short introduction and
if possible a diagnosis of the current situation related to the text , after this, the main idea that a
hypothesis, a condition, a symptom or an event can be established, among others, that thanks to
the introduction previously raised, this will be correctly supported and justified, which will help to
create a more convincing text , and finally in some cases it is established at the end either results
of tests performed with respect to what was raised above, possible solutions to be established or
conclusions, I believe that regardless of the subject or objective of the text to be presented this
type of order must be obeyed for a better understanding.
