Rules for calculating Attainment level through SPPU Exam (University exam- UE)
Level of Rule for Attainment
Attainment
3 50% or more students having more than average marks

2 40% or more students having more than average marks

1 less than 40% having more than average marks

CO Attainment Table

COs CO 1 CO 2 CO 3 CO4 Co5 Co6

Attainment level as per rules 3 3
set 3 1 3 3
Average CO attainment
2.67
through internal assessment

Justification: Course coordinator should specify which COs were not achieved satisfactorily
and action plan to achieve them next year.

CO attainment evaluation through University marks:

CO attainment through University Examination Evaluation

Average Marks 57
Number of students scoring more than average marks 35
% students scoring more than average 50
According to rule set, attainment level 3

Final CO attainment = (0.2* Internal assessment)+(0.8*University exam results)

= (0.2* 2.67)+(0.8*3)
= 2.94
