- Yes because it is a primary source and the author was an actual witness of what
happened during the Cavite mutiny because he was a historian that put to pen the
events that occurred during the said event.

- Yes, because it gave information regarding the side of the Filipinos during the Cavite
mutiny.
3. What can be learned from this document?
- It can be learned that false assupmtions can lead to grave events because of what
happened to the innocent victims who were killed without being investigated but
only because they were suspected.
