Advanced Business Communication Assignment Project 2

This project has the following component parts:


Part 1) 1 Routine Email. (Case Study 8.39)
Part 2) 1 Positive Facebook Post. (Case Study 8.50)
Part 3) 1 Bad News Email. (Case Study 9.42)
Part 4) 1 Persuasive Letter. (Case Study 10.41)

Follow these general guidelines for this assignment:


 Print or design a letterhead for your company in Part 4.
 Use email templates from textbook and block letter template from Appendix
 Letters have font sizes of 11 or 12 – NO SMALLER OR POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED
 Maximum size for letter is one page
 Invent people’s names, addresses, details, etc. when necessary BUT do not change the core
information in the case studies.
