Legal Officers shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Draft pleadings and papers for the approval of the Attorney in charge
of the case;
2. Research statutes, jurisprudence, rules and regulations relevant to the
resolution of cases and the day-to-day operations of the Company;
3. Draft Legal Opinions and Memos pertaining to matters related to the
day-to-day operations of the Company, upon request of Management;
4. Attend Hearings with the authorization of the Company;
5. File pleadings and papers as appropriate and necessary;
6. Attend Meetings whenever appropriate and necessary to the resolution
of a case;
7. Suggest methods and procedures that will improve the efficiency of
the Company’s internal processes, with the approval of Management.
