THE PROSECUTION, by the undersigned public and private prosecutors,

respectfully offer their documentary exhibits in support of their case-in-chief:

EXHIBIT DESCRIPTION PURPOSE

“A” Judicial Affidavit of Maria Josefina To establish and prove that on the
Cruz, the plaintiff date, time and place stated in the
affidavit, the accused succeeded in
having carnal knowledge with the
private plaintiff, against her will, in
the latter’s rented apartment in
Brgy. 95 Caibaan Tacloban City.
“B” Judicial Affidavit of Teresita B. To establish the fact that the
Cruz plaintiff immediately reported the
raping incident to her mother; and
that they reported the incident to
the police; and that they had the
plaintiff physically examined at
RTR Hospital.
“C" Police Blotter Report 777 from To prove that plaintiff and mother
Police Station 1 reported the incident to the police.

“D” Medico-Legal Report No. 124578 To prove that the plaintiff was
physically examined; and that as
per the findings of this Medical
Report, there is no conclusion other
than that plaintiff was raped and
sustained injuries from the said
incident.
“E” The Desk Lamp used to hit the To prove that the accused inflicted
plaintiff injuries to the plaintiff in order to
successfully have carnal
knowledge with the latter.
“F” The Kitchen Knife used to threaten To establish the fact that the
the plaintiff accused used said kitchen knife to
threaten the plaintiff
 “G” Face Towel To establish the fact that the
accused used said face towel to
cover the plaintiff’s mouth and
nullify her noise
“H” Rope/Cord To establish the fact that the
accused used said rope/cord to tie
the plaintiff’s hands together and
restrain her

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed to this Honorable

Court that the foregoing documentary and object exhibits be admitted for all purposes for which
each and all said exhibits were being offered in proving the claims of the plaintiff, and with the
formal submission of the aforesaid exhibits coupled with the testimonies of the witnesses who
testified thereon.
