Statement of the Problem

This study is intended to determine the Feasibility of Squash Cupcake.

These are the problems concerned in the study:

1. Organization and Management Aspect

1.1 What is the best form of the business?

1.2 How much contribution from the partners needed to build and support

the business ?

1.3 What is the number of personnel needed, their qualifications, and

compensations?

1.4 What is the organizational structure ?

2. Marketing Management Aspect

2.1 Who is the target market?

2.2 What is the projected demand and supply of the product?

2.3 What is the demand supply gap of the product?

3. Production Management Aspect

3.1 How the product will be produced?

3.2 What will be the plant, location, and layout?

3.3 What will be the production schedule?

3.4 What are the machineries, equipments, facilities, raw materials and

supplies needed for the product?

3.5 What will be the estimate of the total production cost?
