This project is about our business plan.our business plan is about a fashion house named Eye Catcher.
Since 2013, Eye catcher fashion has been contributing to the growth of handloom and handicraft
industry. With the motto of painting time Eye catcher fashion has introduced a new dimension of
novelty in the trend of clothing. Eye catcher fashion’s concept of fashion has evolved round the quest
for and celebration of national heritage. The predominant ingredient of our products being indigenous
colors and fabrics, the ideology of Eye catcher fashion is to spread an aesthetic experience among our
people. Going beyond the typical point of commerce and being urged by the values of our heritage and
a clear sense of commitment Eye catcher fashion arranges special programmers to observe festivals and
rituals. Ahead of all such occasions our customers now wait with keen interest to see our response to
every socio-religious festivals. At the center of Eye catcher fashion’s concept of fashion is the spirit of
variety and variation in our application of colors. The same urge has been essentially reflected in most of
our products. Through the simultaneous motivation of flourishing our handloom and handicraft industry

1. Introduction
The business plan is the person or people who will drive the business forward. It is the
document that lays out vision and objectives. It is a roadmap for how a person thinks it should
evolve and grow to achieve this vision. It contains the budget and projections for how a business
will manage its finances and fund growth. It is the document that helps to decide what to do, and
just as importantly, what not to do. It is a living, breathing document that should use to measure
progress, while still being willing to adapt it to reflect new insights, unexpected competitive
threats, and changes in business environment.

Our business plan is about a fashion house named ‘Eye Catcher Fashion House.’ We started our
work in July 1st 2013. It is a partnership business. We are 7 partners and are equally involved in
this business. Our fashion house is about men and women dress, accessories, kids dress and bags
etc. Our aim is to fulfill customer’s satisfaction. We try our level best to create a standard level
of fashion in our business.

2.Concept Of Business Plan:

Business planning is important for businesses, but few take the time to plan using sound business
concepts. Effective business planning requires a focus on the organization's mission, vision and
values, along with careful consideration of the impacts on the organization from both internal
and external forces. Based on data gathered through a situation analysis, a business then
establishes goals and objectives that they will plan to meet through effective strategies and
tactics.

A concept of business planning that involves a thorough review of the internal and external
environment to provide a foundation for businesses to determine their goals and objectives.
Situation analysis encompasses considerations about existing and desired customers, existing and
impending competitors, as well as industry and environmental issues that could impact the
business. The collection of this data is used as an input into a SWOT analysis--the consideration
of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the business faces.

Our business plan is based on partnership clothing boutique business. Clothing boutiques not
only compete with other local boutiques, they compete with clothing retailers, department stores
and big box merchandisers. A thoroughly researched business plan can not only assist a boutique
owner in securing financing, it can help the owner stand up against the competition.

The ideology of Eye Catcher fashion house is spread an aesthetic experience among
people.Despite a mere commercial aim, Eye catcher fashion house starts from the thought of
making a dream come true. A dream that consists of a spectacular range of limitless designs
.Fashion is an inevitable part of an individual's life. A designer's motive is to create a feeling of
unexpressed desire- so that after hours of passionate work is put into something; the person
who required it would be just aspassionate to be the one to own it. Eye catcher carefully works
on it's products keeping that one motivating factor in mind.

Products:It produces Saree,Salwar-Kamizee, Punjabi, Fatua, Shirts, Tee-Shirts, Pob-shirts,
Orna, Bed-covers, blouse piece and gift items such as Mugs, C.D.S, Ladies Bags, Bangles,
Ornaments etc. The price of these dresses are Reasonable rate. So, poeple can buy dresses
easily.. This dresses are comfortable, fashionable, gorgeous, latest and attractive. This is a
common way for everyone to go for a fashionable look with fashionable dresses. Male female,
kids and elders all can get a suitable and unique look by wearing dresses of Eye Catcher Fashion

Price:The price of the products of Eye Catcher Fashion house is reasonable. People of every
walk of life can buy its product easily. It is a fashion house for people of all classes. As the
products range of Eye Catcher Fashion house is medium everyone can buy it. People get unique
and innovative dresses at a reasonable price. The price of sarees starts from 1000 to
5000,Punjabis 800 to 3000,salwar kameez 700 to 3000.kids dresses are available from 500 to
1500.Toys,fashion accessories, ladies bags,ornaments,bed covers, gifts are also available at the
range of 3oo to 2000.

Unique Designs:The products of Eye Catcher Fashion house are very unique and thoughtful.
The unique and beautiful products are made by top talented three designers. Some products have
deshi look in western pattern like fotua,tops,bags,ornaments. Thesarees ,salwarkameez and
Punjabis are also so innovative. There are two types of saree one is simple and the other is
gorgeous .people prefer both types of sarees of Eye Catcher for its unique designs

D. FORMATION:

The eye catcher Fashion House is based on partnership business bound by an agreement which is legal
and lawful according to partnership act 1932..There are seven partners in the Eye catcher Fashion
House.Here capital is collected from all the partners and profit and loss will be distributed among the
partners according to terms of contract.This partnership business is formed on the basis of a contract
among seven persons which is written ..The main object of this contract is earning profit and
distribution among the seven partners .

According to the partnership Act the right of control and management of partnership business is
entrusted to every partner. But since it is not possible for every partner for full time participation in the
management, therefore three of the partners are authorized to handle the fashion house.

There are mutual trust and confidence amongst the partners of Eye catcher fashion house . Without
mutual trust and confidence amongst the partners, the partnership business cannot be permanent.
When a partner acts on behalf of all the partners, he is then considered as agent of all the partners and
all partners are liable for his acts.

E.Commencestage :The 1stjuly of 2013 Eye catcher first starts fashion design journey by baily
road branch.The beginning of Eye catcher widely introduce achieved for its fashion designs and
loveliness accessories. Eye catcher continues to provide its clientele with clothes that are comfortable
as well as in vogue. Eye catcher creates a new fashion that accessorizes the individual’s fashion
statement, while keeping a stringent eye on both style and quality.It has recently completed a year and
also excited for the upcoming years of this fashion house..Now eye catcher is developing in the fashion
industry of Bangladesh. It is on the growth stage at fashion house industry.It has also planned to
establish branch in other area.Recently it has celebrated its one year completion of business.

trendy and simple people.But commercially young girls and women specially students are our loyal and

G.Ways of delivering service:
The eye catcher fashion house gives home delivery service.Any one living at any corner of the
city can take the service and also can save their valuable time by delivery service.Home and
online service has been increasing in modern life and eye catcher has earned much good will in
this regard.It also exchange dresses and every products between 30 days of purchasing.In this
case Eye catcher expects that customers will be cautious and careful so that products are not
degraded in any way.one can buy products by visiting the outlet at baily road and everyone is
warmly welcomed here.

H.Short Comings:

Very high fashion house rent:


House rent in the city is increasing day by day.Eye catcher is at baily road but the rent is much higher
than it actually should be.For this reasonEye catcher Fashion outlet is facing unusual house rent and it
is reducing our profit .

Electricity problems:
Load shedding is the firs and foremost problem for a business organization specially fashion houses.It
also create problems in eye catcher fashion house suddenly customers become annoyed that effects
the business a lot.

Business and competition go hand in hand.like any other business, fashion houses are also in severe
competition with one another.some of our competitors are:

Eye Catcher is organized as a Partnership Fashion House.WhereAfrin Sultana, MizanurRahman


,FarizaBintaSiddika, MehadiHasan, are responsible for the daily management, sales, and development of
the fashion house.

Personnel Plan

Management Summary:
At the beginning of our fashion house, we hired an assistant to basically be our right hand and one other
person for coverage. The hire process was well-thought-out and was taken serious consideration to
make sure that the employees will be trustworthy, had great attitudes and can provide excellent
customer service. We were continued to be in charge of Operations.

We also would like to reach out to college students looking for part-time jobs or just a summer job to
earn some extra money for school. We were also willing to hire to the "right" person with no
experience, because we felt that everyone has to start somewhere. We remembered someone who
gave us a chance when we had no experience and now we felt it's our turn.

There were two part-time employees working 20-30 hours per week. They were paid at a rate of $9.00
per hour. All employees were benefit from a one day paid holiday on their respective birthdays and one
week of paid vacation after twelve months of employment. Bonuses were given annually in the month
of December.

At this time medical/dental benefits were not be offered to employees. As profits increase in the future
medical/dental benefits will be offered to employees

Working women,men and little kids:It is generally going to spend taka 1000-1500. They're looking
for comfort and quality for the everyday 9-5. The price range for kids dress is between 700 to 2000.The
majority of our dresses will be priced below the standard for their quality and this shopping district. We
plan to attract the working peopleby marketing our lower cost products as an affordable luxury. Our
initial marketing thus includes print ads in the local paper's weekend shopping section, as well as flyers
put up around the downtown financial section nearby. This is our largest customer base, and will be
important for maintaining healthy month-to-month sales. Our challenge with this group is to convince
them that they can find affordable, comfortable, and stylish dress downtown; they don't have to go to
the mall.

Retro and Trendy women:It will spend taka2000-2500. Keep in mind; this is a women who loves
classic and the word "limited edition." This group includes college students and young professionals, as
well as professional women in more creative fields. Our marketing efforts to these segments will include
flyers on the local campuses and print ads highlighting our unique product offerings, with an emphasis
on "the latest" looks. We will attempt to get free coverage of our grand opening in the fashion section of
the local paper, and will encourage local fashion magazines and the newspaper to use us as a "fashion
expert' resource on our product issues. The patronage of this group will give us an air of youthful and
creative energy, while maintaining sophistication.

Red Carpet women:It must have a dress that is fresh off the runway and she has to be the first
women to ever wear the dress. She will pay taka 4000 and the sky's the limit for the dress. She loves
trendy, chic and whatever is in for the season. She will purchase a pair of gold shoes--sale or not! These
women know each other, go to the same events, and wouldn't be caught dead in the same shoes. Our
targeted ads in the opera and symphony booklets, as well as donations to local fundraiser auctions, will
establish us among this group as an upscale and exclusive boutique. We will offer special-ordering and
maintain a very low inventory of the highest-level products, in order to keep these customers' purchases
exclusive. Although sales in this group will be low and occasional, they will give us the air of
sophistication we are seeking. To say, "I got them at Eye Catcher" should be a claim to good taste and
high class. Our challenge with this group is to maintain the air of exclusivity while offering a wide-
enough range to appeal to their different tastes

In the Fashion industry, most companies are manufacturing their own products and they have their own
retail stores to market to the consumers. A lot of the distribution is through promotional ads, word of
mouth, the internet and other promotional means. Small, high-end retailers like Eye Catcher usually
focus on two or three brands, and use targeted ads and word-of-mouth to gain new customers.

Competition and Buying Patterns

Competition for our first three market segments is usually driven by who is offering the best quality,
most interesting products for less. The key to success is the quality of the product: how it was made and
with what materials. In the fourth and smallest market (red carpet women), as well as among the trendy
women,men and children, the product's designer and uniqueness, and the store's warmth,
sophistication, and customer service are usually more important than price.

Competitive Edge

Eye Catcher will differ from other retail fashion stores because we will always be less expensive than the
competition, but we will still maintain the high quality of our products.

Sales Strategy

Eye Catcher will use a strategy of providing a service to all types of consumers with regular dress and
"Trendy" dress. We will offer a product that most women consumers will require. We will create an
atmosphere that is appealing to the truly fashion forward consumer.

Our key to sales strategy at Eye Catcher will be a great buying experience, every time. Once a customer
comes in the door, they will be greeted and assisted as much or as little as they wish. Some customers
are uncomfortable with lots of personal attention; others expect it. Our experience as a retailer has
taught how to read the subtle signs that tell them what a customer is seeking when they enter. All
customers will be offered tea or coffee while they shop, and we will have comfortable chairs for friends
to sit in while waiting.

Our sales goal is to generate repeat business and strong word-of-mouth advertising based on this great
buying experience. Word of mouth apparel and accessory stores tends to spread to family, friends, co-
workers, church members and people we depend on to provide us a service (hair stylist, nail salon,
doctors, etc.), in and out of state

Sales Forecast

We expect a growth rate of 2% annually on dress and shoe sales. We are projecting that salesfor the
Christmas, Eid, Puja holidays and summer time will increase. Research shows that most consumers tend
to spend the most money during the holidays for Christmas, Eid Puja gifts and they can't miss out on all
of the great holiday sales.

In winter months, sales will increase most because people will buy different types of winter dress like
Shawl, kid’s sweater, woolen dress etc.Direct costs for shoe and accessory sales are set at 70% for the
first three years. This is much higher than normal for the industry, because of our pricing and specials -
we can undersell the competition not through volume, but through the value-added of an exclusive
location, personal service, and the owner's independent income, which does not require a paid salary.

Website Marketing Strategy

All of our customers will be encouraged to use our website, in state and out of state, for faster
service. Shoes and accessories will be sent out via USPS, Fed-Ex, or UPS, depending upon how
fast the customer prefers to receive the purchase. The website will include a special "buying
fashionable products online" section, where customers can print out the footprint for shoe and
other products of each model at actual size and deisign, to see how it compares to their foot
shape. Each brand that we offer generally conforms to a particular foot shape, regardless of
size; tips on picking your best brand for your foot shape will help online customers get a good
fit without ever leaving home.

7.Objectives:

The objectives of Eye Catcher Fashion House are:

1. To market trendy, elegant, quality, and unique shoes, cloths and accessories that will cater to
the many needs of women,men and children.

2. To receive a 50% profit margin within the first year.

3. To provide customer service, measured through new and repeat business (our goal is that 50%
of our customers will return within 6 months for an additional purchase) and multiple sales (our
goal is that 30% of our non-running and 60% of our running product sales are accompanied by
an additional purchase).

4. To achieve a net profit of $5,000 by year two and $15,000 by year five.

8. Key to Success:

In order to succeed in the clothing industry Eye Catcher Fashion House must:

• Carry an assortment of products sizes and style to fit the different personalities of people.

• Provide customers with top-notch personalized customer service in an atmosphere of our


culture.
