Desde1994 se remonta la historia de las primeras cervezas artesanales en

Colombia como respuesta a una inconformidad en los productos cerveceros del
mercado. Actualmente existe un auge en este sector, descrito en tasas promedio
de crecimiento superiores al 30%, razón por la cual motiva a este plan de negocio
como la creación de una línea de cervecería artesanal en una empresa licorera
existente llamada bodegas de Mosela Ltda. Se realizó un estudio de recursos
necesarios para la adecuación de planta, promoción de lanzamiento y capital de
trabajo que arrojo COP $ 664 millones de inversión. Por otro lado, en las
proyecciones de rubros de operación de la empresa por 5 años, se estima un
punto de equilibrio equivalente a 435.220 litros mes y para un escenario probable
una Tasa Interno de Retorno del 18% y Valor Presente Neto de aproximadamente
COP $ 140.000.000.
The history of beer in Colombia dates back to 1994 as an answer to to a
disagreement in the beer products of the market. Currently there is a boom in this
sector, described in average growth rates in excess of 30 %, therefore this
business model is motivated to the creation of a line of artisan brewery in an
existing company called Bodegas De Mosela Ltda. A market research was carried
out to select the target market and resources required for the adequacy of the
company plant, launch promotion and working capital that threw USD $ 332 million
of investment. On the other hand, the projections of items of operation of the
company for 5 years, it is estimated of a breakeven point of 435.220 liters year and
for a likely scenario an Internal Rate of Return of 18% and Net Present Value of
approximately USD $ 70.000.000.
