PEREZ, LESTER JOHN B.
San Antonio De Padua
Mexico Pampanga

As shown on the data, based on the survey, people tend to choose the Relocation of
Bisitas rather than the Additional Covered Court and New Multi-Purpose Hall due to this
given reasons.

Reasons:

As for the demand analysis the demand for relocation of the bisitas is shown through
the survey and also through the interview that the proponent undertaken. The main
beneficiaries of the proposed project relocation of the bisitas will be the residence of
the barangay.

During the proponent’s interview these are the problems mentioned regarding the
chapel.

Problems:

 “matatamaan and chapel sa road widening”

3.2 Demand analysis

In this section discuss the demand needed for the proposed project “relocation
of Bisitas”

The chapel have a lot of inconveniences especially for the users. In terms of floor area,
the chapel doesn’t have the capacity of floor area to serve the maximum number of
users or congregants within the barangay. To solve the problem as the proponents
proposed and base on the gathered data of the chapel gave from the servants; the new
“relocation of bisitas” the floor area should be wider.

For the green spaces, to let the people occupy the area, it should be design like a plaza
provide a trees for shading and a little number of concrete chair for the people who
wants to stay even though the chapel doesn’t occupied.

To get the said floor area

Estimated number of congregants X 1.20 sq m = floor area (sq m)

3.3 Supply analysis

Since the project “relocation of bisitas” is not under the government. The management
of Sta. Monica Parish church will give a financial support for the construction of the
project and the residence of the barangay are willing to support the project not only the
financial support and also the other residence are willing to give man power for the
construction.

3.4 Demand Supply Consolidation

This sub-sections were already been discussed above together with the analysis of the
project influence area.

3.5 Marketing Plan

For the project “relocation of bisitas” aims to solve the existing problem of the old
chapel of San Antonio De Padua.
The residence of the barangay are seems to like the idea of conducting a fund raising
program. In this idea, aims to give more fun time to the residence especially for the
congregants within the barangay and a potential donation for the project from
participants of the events.
Such as weekly Zumba and monthly fun run.
For the residence who would like to join a free Zumba session every Sunday morning.
After the fun run, all the participants will be gather to the said location attend a free
blessing program said by Fr Eduardo G. Musni.

3.5.1 Service Mix

Private use
The other use of the facility is to serve as a private church services for the group of
worshipers who are accommodated, we have a two option of making a charge, first
option is ask for donation and the second one option is to let them give donation for the
chapel.

Plaza
The goal is to create an attractive exterior that will attract people to the church and
that will contribute to the overall spiritual experience and also a therapy place for the
people having a health problem.

Additional mass every Sunday

Since the location of the said project will be in the center of the barangay, it shows that
there is a considerable potential increase number of congregant, adding a schedule of
mass every Sunday is more effective solution.

Sunday 5:30 – 6:30 pm 7:00 – 8:00 pm

3.5.2 Marketing Mix

Pricing and Services fees:

The chapel doesn’t want any kind of business to make a financial support.

Promotions:
The proposed “relocation of bisitas” will be promoted to the residence within the
barangay San Antonio, Mexico Pampanga through posting a simple announcement
about the project in the bulletin board of the Sta. Monica Parish Church and through
Social Media such as Facebook (San Antonio Chapel, Mexico).

Place:
In this subtopic is already discuss in the previous section.
The said proposed project will be located at the center of the barangay, St. Joseph
subdivision, Mexico Pampanga

IV. Technical Study

4.1 alternatives
 For a greater efficiency the proposed project will have to schedule of mass to
conduct more sessions if in case the demand arises, but as for the gathered
data, the provided floor area for the devotees will be enough to utilize the need
of the population.
 For the plaza, events like worship program and social program, making the
design functional that can be utilize the needs of the congregants without adding
to the building cost is one of the major goals of the project.

4.2 Technical Alternatives

In this section technical alternative were discussed and were being identified and
taken into considerations.

Factors such as:

 The whole barangay San Antonio

 The total area of the said lot
 The distance from the old location to the new location
 The distance from the Sta. Monica Parish Church
