Table 3 depicts the Psychological Environment factors that can affect teachers’ working

environment, “Unwanted disturbances” ranks first due to the reason that this is the most common

distraction and it can be felt anytime during class hours. Certain teachers’ personal related

problems affected their way of teaching, and this is a continually rising issue for them. Private
school institutions’ salary has been a prevailing hindrance to teachers due to the administration

of the company has the role on giving them wages. Certain students don’t understand the

dedication and hard work of being a teacher, and due to this, they cannot fully invest their

hindrances. Certain teachers weren’t cohesively working out with other, and due to this, a certain

allocated tasks, teachers and the some of the faculty staff cannot immediately cope with this

leaving them inefficient towards their work. Certain teachers are coping with some of their

personal disputes and sometimes these factors leads to anxiety which can directly affect their

teaching methods. Certain students aren’t familiar with the words that were used by their

educators, and this can happened vice-versa, lessening the impact of lesson understanding and

overall learning. Sometimes, extensive observation of the principal or the administration causes

panic and unwanted pressure to the teachers, leaving them nervous and agitated to perform their

task at the very best.
