EXAM DAY CHECKLIST

• Arrive at testing center 30 minutes prior to your exam time for check in procedures.
• Bring a government issued, valid photo ID displaying first and last name matching your Pearson registration.
• Do not bring study or reference material into the testing center.
• Store personal items and valuable in your assigned storage locker.

Candidate Test Center Procedures

•No visitors (i.e., children, spouses, family or friends) are allowed in the test center
• No studying is allowed in the test center
• No personal items are allowed in the testing room
• Cell phones will not be permitted in the testing room
• Review the Pearson/BOC Candidate Rules for full details on prohibited items.

Acceptable Forms of Identification

If you appear at the Pearson Test Center without an acceptable form of identification and the first and last names do not match the name registered at the Pearson
Test center, you will not be permitted to take the examination. You will be required to reapply with a full application fee for another examination period.

• Primary ID (valid (not expired) with photo and signature)

• Driver’s license
• Identification card (national/state/province identity card)
• International travel passport
• Alien registration card (green card, permanent resident, visa)

Rescheduling an Appointment
• You must contact Pearson VUE at least one full business day (24 hours) prior to your exam date and time to reschedule an appointment within the three-month
period.
• Scheduling changes must be made and confirmed by contacting Pearson Registration Line at 1-888-857-0822 or by visiting www.pearsonvue.com/ascp. (Leaving a
voice mail is not sufficient to reschedule your appointment.)

NOTE: If you need to reschedule an examination on a Monday, you must call on the Friday before the scheduled examination time on the following Monday. For
example, if the exam is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Monday, the appointment must be rescheduled before 10 a.m. on Friday.

• Upon successfully rescheduling your exam date, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours from Pearson VUE.
• If you do not receive an email, you have not successfully rescheduled.

NOTE: If you cancel or miss your scheduled date, you must submit a full application fee and reapply for examination. Application fees are non-transferable and
non-refundable.
