Executive Summary

As a part of academic requirement I have been assigned to complete this project paper on “An
Analysis of Training and Development practices of “The German Technical Institute &
Cyber City” is a segment of human resource process. As such I have selected this topic to make
it clear. I have divided this report in some segments.

The German Technical Institute is one of the largest successful Institute in Bangladesh. In
Bangladesh it has good market reputation and market position. This report mainly deals with the
existing Training and Development process of The German Technical Institute.
Based on my practical knowledge and experience I have made this report. I have prepared my
report based on the information. I have also tried to collect information regarding the particular
topic. I have tried various sources like internet, questionnaire, field data etc.
Training and development is one of the most significant areas that every Institute emphasizes on
to develop their manpower to sever their customer best and to survive in the market. So The HR
of The German Technical Institute maintains a structured and organized training structure to
train their employees by better trainers. The ultimate objective of the training is nothing but
ensuring the overall development of the employees and achieving competitive advantages
through skilled employees.
Then I have shown the introduction, rationale of the study, scope, limitations of the study and
objective of the study, Literature review, discussion of training and development, methodology
of the study, employee training and development. Describes Employee training and development
of which is the main part of this report. This describes organizations overall employee training
and development and analysis of data. Describing analysis and interpretation of data, point out
findings last of all on the basis of overall perspective a sound recommendation and conclusion is
included in the report.
