widely. This could include enhancing and
making more regular the warnings on air
pollution levels in different parts of the city as

levels in key public spaces, such as
hospitals and schools. Awareness
campaigns should be implemented to help
inform the public about effective strategies to
mitigate the effects of pollution, for example,
specifying situations when air pollution
masks are required and what type of masks
should be used. Improving the
understanding of the link between outdoor
and indoor air pollution is another important
area that should be targeted through
awareness campaigns.
