I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
This subject was driving a vehicle following her sister who was driving a separate vehicle. Both vehicle's were
speeding. This subject was contacted after the first vehicle was stopped. I became suspicious that both drivers
were involved in illegal criminal activity. A drug canine was called and it indicated positively for the odor of
narcotics on the vehicle that this subject was driving. Consent to search the vehicle was given. An after market
manufactured compartment was located in this vehicle and in the vehicle her sister was driving. A large amount
of cocaine was located in the vehicle that her sister was driving. The total amount of cocaine was approximately
4 pounds as packaged. No drugs were located in the compartment of the vehicle that this subject was driving
however because of the dog alert on this subjects car and type of compartment that is was it is believed that
this vehicle is also used to transport illegal substances.
