II. Performance Criteria
A. Job Description Registrar
1. Serves as the contact person with the DepEd and Commission on Higher
Education.

2. Keeps all students record up-to-date.

3. Reconstructs missing records in the school file on the basis of the official
record available in the CHED.

4. Issues transfer credentials, transcript of records, students permanent and


other equivalent records.

5. Examines credentials for purposes of the registration and enforce


requirements.

6. Takes up with CHED matters regarding recommendations of department


heads on students overload, cross-registration, admission of students
from foreign schools, transfer of students after the enrollment period, etc.

7. Prepares and submits all reports (on the prescribed form) on enrollment,
attendance, students load, promotion and all other data which may be
requested by the CHED from time to time.

8. Prepares and submits in consultation with respective deans, the records of


candidates for graduation on the prescribed forms.

9. Assists the deans during the registration in determining the subject-load


and subject sequence.

10. Consolidates schedules of classes for each term prepared by the


respective deans.

11. Enforces regulations on enrollment, students load, transfer, promotion,


subject sequence and disciplinary measures in cooperation with the
departments concerned.

12. Holds the responsibility for all correspondence regarding school records.
