AD1 Global Employee Named Voting Board Member of the CFHLA

Hollywood, FL, February 27, 2019 --(PR.com)-- AD1 Global employee Suzi Brady, who is general
manager of the Royale Parc Hotel Orlando - Lake Buena Vista, was recently named a voting board
member of the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association (CFHLA).

The selective fifty-member association now includes three AD1 employees, as Suzi joins AD1 Global
Regional Director of Hotel Operations Jeff Swirsky and the general manager of the Royale Parc Suites
Celebration, Wade Michael, on the board.

Swirsky has been on the CFHLA board for three years and chairs the Adopt a School Committee.
Moreover, he is also on the Governmental Affairs and the Political Action Committee boards.

Michael was elected to the board in 2018 and was recently selected as board member for the Political
Action Committee. Additionally, he serves as vice chairman of the association's Hob Nob Committee and
is a member of the Patriot Day Breakfast Committee.

Elected at the end of 2018, Brady is CFHLA's most recent AD1 Global member. She also joined the
Employee Relations Council and will be serving as vice chair for 2019.

“It is an honor to be elected to the CFHLA Board of Directors by my peers and other lodging general
managers in the Orlando market,” said Brady.

According to the CFHLA's website, their mission is to advance tourism and the community through
hospitality. The non-profit organization has a variety of committees and events for board members to
participate in that further their goal of promoting tourism and community in the lodging industry.

“I have been a member of CFHLA for several years but have become much more active in the last 18
months,” said Brady. “I'm looking forward to serving on the board and helping drive the CFHLA and our
industry forward.”

AD1 Global adds this achievement to their growing list of accomplishments. In December 2018, they
acquired a 5-hotel portfolio of properties across some of the southeastern United States' most important
cities (Orlando, FL; Atlanta, GA; and Charlotte, NC), capping their year off on a high note with a total of
20 hotels in their overall portfolio. The company has also donated scholarships to several hospitality
organizations including CFHLA, and they plan to do so again.
