pleasure and privilege of having Brooke on my staff. I have witnessed tremendous growth in Brooke
over the course of her employment, and am certain that the skills and abilities she has developed will

management, and social skills make her uniquely qualified to serve in the medical industry.

I have managed Brooke in stressful and complicated projects requiring high levels of patience,
compassion, composure, understanding, and stamina. She met every challenge and goal presented and
tackled every problem with grace and ease.

Brooke served not only as a useful individual asset to the company, but also as a cooperative and
attentive team player. Her actions consistently inspired and motivated our other employees. She
understood intuitively when operations were behind, struggling, or off-track, and routinely assisted in
areas to aid operations back on track without hesitation.

In the time that I have known and worked with Brooke, I have developed enduring respect for her work
ethic and infectious positive attitude. I can confidently say that Brooke would make a positive and
