Procedure in Water Marbling

_____ Using a toothpick, pull from the center outward, but don’t touch the outer ring until it is fully dried.
_____ Cover your finger in oil and place it directly above the part you like and submerge it.
_____ Keep adding drops, alternating colors, until you have a bulls eye shape.
_____ Let dry and finish with top coat.
_____ Quickly remove your finger from the water and lightly blow away any droplets left on the nail.
_____ Add a drop of polish from a low height, you will see how it spreads out.
_____ Start with a bowl of room temperature water with 3 drops of baby oil for every selected color of nail
polish.
_____ Keep pulling the polish until you make a design you like.
_____ Pull away the excess polish by wrapping it around the toothpick.
