1. 机器的用途 Purpose of machine

双进双出磨煤机用于煤粉磨制，是直吹式制粉系统的主
体设备，它主要配套于大型火力发电厂的锅炉岛，也可用于
化工、建材和磷矿等部门作为制粉的设备。
The double-inlet and double-outlet coal mill is used for coal
dust grinding and is a principal equipment of direct blow dust-making
system，it is mainly used for mating with boilers island of large heat
power station，and also for such departments as chemical industry,
building materials and phosphor mines as dust-making equipment.

4. 结构特征与工作原理 Structural feature and operating

principle
双进双出磨煤机由磨机筒体、螺旋输送装置、静压主轴承、
密封风装置、混料箱、分离器、大小齿轮主传动系统，主轴承润
滑系统，大齿轮喷射润滑系统，压差和噪声测料位系统和慢速传
动系统等组成，并与给煤机相连接。同时还配以加球装置，煤粉
截止阀，隔音罩等辅助装置。
Double-inlet and double-outlet coal mill is composed of shell,
screw conveying device, static main bearing, sealed air device,
mixing box, separator, girth gear and pinion main drive system, main
bearing lubrication system, girth gear spray lubrication system,
pressure difference and noise measurement system and slow drive
system etc. and connected with coal feeder. It is also provided with

auxiliaries such as ball charging device, coal dust check valve

and sound-proof cover.
粒度为 0~30mm 的原煤，通过速度自动控制的给煤机送至料斗
落下，经过混料箱并在此得到旁路风的预干燥，经过落煤管到达位
于中空轴心部的螺旋输送装置。输送装置随磨机筒体做旋转运动，
使原煤通过中空轴进入磨机筒体内。按工艺流程要求，在磨机筒体
内装有一定量的钢球（直径为φ30，φ40，φ50 的钢球按比例混
合后装入磨机），在磨机筒体旋转过程中，由于钢球对原煤的冲砸
和相互摩擦，煤块逐渐被磨制成煤粉。一次热风通过中空轴内的中
空管进入磨机，使原煤和煤粉进一步得到干燥，干燥的煤粉被风从
原煤入口的相反方向带出磨机筒体，风粉混合物在磨机出口再一次
与旁路风混合，并一起通过煤粉管路进入磨机分离器。分离器装有
位置可调的叶片，通过调整叶片的位置，可以实现出口煤粉细度的
调节和控制。合格的煤粉从分离器上方出口直接送往锅炉燃烧器，
而不合格的煤粉则依靠惯性和重力的作用，通过回煤管返回磨机再
次进行研磨。分离器上方出口配有气动煤粉截止阀。
Grain is 0~30mm raw coal, it is sent to hopper and dropped down
through automatic speed control coal feeder, passing through mixing box
and accept predrying here by sideway air, and reaching screw conveying
device located in center of hollow shaft through coal downspout.
Transporter rotates with shell of coal-cracker to make raw coal coming into
shell of the coal-cracker through hollow shaft. Acc. to process requirements,
a certain quantity of steel balls are charged in the shell of coal-cracker (steel
balls with diametersφ30, φ40 and φ50 are loaded into coal-cracker in
proportion), during coal-cracker shell rotating, due to impact of steel balls to
raw coal and friction each other, coal mass is gradually ground to coal dust.
Primary hot air comes into coal-cracker through hollow pipe in the hollow
shaft to have the raw coal and coal dust dried further, the dried coal dust is
brought out of coal-cracker shell from reverse direction of raw coal inlet,
mixture of air-dust is mixed at outlet of coal-cracker again, and together
passing through coal dust pipe into separator of the coal-cracker. Separator

is provided with adjustable vane for position, by adjusting vane position,

fineness adjustment and control of coal dust at outlet can be achieved. The
qualified coal dust is directly sent to boiler burners from upper outlet of
separator，and unqualified coal dust is returned to coal-cracker again
through coal return pipe by inertia and gravity action. The upper outlet of
separator is provided with pneumatic coal dust check valve.
5. 润滑系统 Lubrication system
润滑系统包括主轴承润滑系统、大齿轮喷射润滑系统和减速
机润滑系统，其使用详见各自的产品使用说明书。
Lubrication system includes main bearing lubrication system, girth
gear spray lubrication system and reducer lubrication system; operational
details see operation instructions of its product.
