Each participating institution must register with the Organizing Committee via e-mail on or before
24 July 2018, indicating:

1. Duly filled registration form mentioning -

• The names of the two speakers and the researcher along with the law degree or programme in
which each speaker and the researcher is enrolled.

• The name, address, e-mail address and telephone number of a contact person, who should not
be in a student status, as delegated by the participating institution.

The form is to be authorised with the signature of the head of the institution stating that the
participants are bona fide students of the institution.

2. Scanned Copy of the receipt proof of the demand draft submitted.

B. A unique Team Code will be assigned to each team for the purpose of the Competition after the
registrations for the competition have been completed.

C. Each contact person for a participating institution will be sent:

1. The unique moot number assigned to each of its team;

2. Information relating to accommodation and transport; and
3. Any other relevant material.

D. The contact person for each participating institution is responsible for:

1. Distributing the information and material to each member of its team;
2. Conveying enquiries or other correspondence for that team to the organising committee;
3. Communication between the team and the organising committee.

E. The registration fee for the Competition is ₹ 4000 per team, that has to be paid through a Demand

Draft in favour of "Institute of Law, under Nirma University" payable at Ahmedabad.
