1. Purpose of Survey

 To establish equipment configuration for the purpose of verifying API 16D,RP53,Aramco well control manual
compliance.
 To survey operational condition of equipment and history of earlier inspections.

 Accumulator manifolds : Four (04) carbon steel welded manifolds with four (04) seven port manifold.

 Unit volume : 238 gallon capacity. Fluid reservoir sizing. API 16D, Second Edition, Section 4.2.4.2.

 Primary pump : Two (02) WNM pump Triplex piston type pumps.

 Secondary Pump : Four (4) DS pump, 60:1 ratio, 8”cylinder & fluid end 7-3/8”. Input air-116psi.

 Electric Motor : Two (02) electric motor 3 Phase, 460 Volts, HZ 60, 30.5Amp, Exd II BT4, model-YB2-180M-4

 Annular Regulator : 1” PTR4 type with 1500 psi spring control head. Annular regulator remotely controllable.

REQUIRED CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN

1. Transmitter on unit annular, accumulator and manifold (Require regulating regulator (0-30PSI) air pressure of each
transmitter).

2. Accumulator bottle manifold has no gauge. It must have a separate gauges installed for each manifold/bank. There
are 4 bank in the system. Reference API16D-5.1.3.4

3. Electric triplex pump are both leaking from the plunger end, Plunger size is 1”, Make-DS.
 4. Indicator on the remote panels(both auxiliary and driller cabin) required “light” indicating “open” and “close”
position of Bop. Reference API16 D-4.3.3.1.E/5.2.5.4/5.2.7.B/5.2.8.B

5. Ambient temperature not mention on electric motor.

6. Reservoir hydraulic oil need to analyses.
