OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO

WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES
OF WINNING. THE PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES
ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
The “Budweiser Sweep” (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United
States and District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time
of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of Anheuser-Busch, LLC, its
affiliates and subsidiaries, Endemic Labs, LLC, advertising and Promotion agencies, wholesale
distributors, retail licensees, the MLB Entities (as defined below), and all other service agencies
involved with the Promotion, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child,
sibling), are not eligible to enter or win. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the
Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB
Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major
League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities,
any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with
the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors,
officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. The Promotion is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation
constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and
Administrator’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD:
Promotion begins at 1:05 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 4, 2019 and ends
at 9:05 p.m. EST on March 26, 2019 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is divided into
sixty one (61) contests (each a “Contest”) as defined in the chart below.

3. HOW TO PLAY:
(1) Log in to your Facebook account, or Facebook Messenger account, and install the
free Sweep Application. You must be a registered user of Facebook in order to enter this
Promotion. Facebook registration is free and can be obtained by logging onto www.facebook.com
and following the online instructions to open an account.
(2) Start a “conversation” with “Budweiser Sweep” on the Sweep Application on

Facebook Messenger.
(3) Once you have accessed the “conversation” with “Budweiser Sweep”, click
“PLAY”. “Budweiser Sweep” will automatically show you the open Contests. Click the “ENTER
NOW” button for the Contest you wish to participate in.
(4) Each Contest will consist of three (3) questions to predict. Click “SUBMIT” to
submit your answers to each of the three (3) questions (“Entry”).
All Entries must be received and recorded during the Promotion Period. Administrator’s
computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion. No other forms of Entry are valid.
Limit one (1) Entry per person per Contest.
If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless
carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your
wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are
solely responsible for any such wireless charges.
4. HOW CONTESTS ARE SCORED AND WINNERS ARE SELECTED:
(1) Entrants earn a “Sweep” by getting all three (3) predictions correct for each
Contest, as determined by the outcome of the Game and in-Game events that are the subject of
each Contest.
(2) One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or
about each Drawing Date as defined in Rule #2 from among all eligible entrants who earned a
“Sweep” during the applicable Contest. All drawings will be conducted by Administrator, whose
decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest. Odds of winning depend upon the number
of eligible “Sweeps” received per Contest. If no entrants earn a “Sweep” during the corresponding
Contest, then the random drawing for that Contest will not be conducted and the prize for that
Contest will not be awarded. See Rule #5 for Prize details.
5. PRIZE DETAILS:
Grand Prize (61 total; 1 per Contest; see Rule #2 and Rule #4): Each winner will receive
one (1) item of MLB merchandise (to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion) or
two (2) tickets to a 2019 MLB regular season baseball game (to be determined by Sponsor, in
Sponsor’s sole discretion). Exact prize to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is up to $600.00. If winner cannot accept prize as specified by
Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of all
prizes is up to $36,600.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be
awarded.
For 2019 MLB Regular Season Ticket Prize: Game date to be determined by Sponsor, in
Sponsor’s sole discretion, and subject to availability and change. Seating assignments to be
determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and subject to availability and change.
Sponsor neither warrants nor represents that prize can be sold or traded for the stated value;
actual value depends on market conditions which fluctuate. Tickets have no cash value. Major
League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion
of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club,
as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the
game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game,
event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable,
due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason.
Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable,
regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the
right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-
sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other
person at the game, event or exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for
weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other
natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any
Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and
exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any
commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional
use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by
the game, event or exhibition tickets.
For all Prizes: Limit one (1) Prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash
equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize,
or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute
prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all
federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes he/she
receives, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. Sponsor and the MLB Entities (a)
make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the prize (or any portion
thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty.
If Sponsor so elects, potential winner and his/her one (1) guest (if applicable) may be
required to submit to a confidential background check. Such background check may include (but
is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record,
and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that the potential winner and
his/her one (1) guest (if applicable) will not bring the Sponsor or the MLB Entities into public
disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or the MLB Entities.
If requested, potential winner and his/her one (1) guest (if applicable) agrees to sign waiver forms
authorizing the release of personal and background information. In the event of noncompliance,
to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an
alternate winner (time permitting).
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
All prizes will be awarded (time permitting for 2019 MLB regular season tickets prize). The
potential winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook and will be required to respond
to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether he/she can accept his/her prize.
If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate potential winner will be selected
(time permitting for 2019 MLB regular season tickets prize). Any alternate potential winner
selected will also be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours. Sponsor
is not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service
which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Potential winner may
be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release
via email, fax or overnight mail within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance. Subject to
verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification
that the winner is at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, the potential winner will be
declared an official winner of the Contest. If Sponsor cannot verify that the potential winner is
twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior to winner notification, then the potential winner will be
disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner (time permitting for 2019
MLB regular season tickets prize). Winner’s guest (if applicable) must be twenty-years (21) years
of age or older as of the end date of the Promotion Period and may be required to complete, sign,
and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release via email, fax or overnight mail
within forty-eight (48) hours of winner’s prize acceptance. In the event of noncompliance within
any of these time periods, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected (time
permitting for 2019 MLB regular season tickets prize). Any alternate potential winner selected
will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize
returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the
awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner (time permitting for 2019 MLB regular
season tickets prize).
7. PUBLICITY:
Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor and the MLB Entities to
use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising
and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered
worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.
8. RELEASE:
By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, LLC, the MLB
Entities, and Administrator harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any
kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation,
personal injuries, death and property damage.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Neither Anheuser-Busch, LLC, Administrator, the MLB Entities, nor its affiliates,
subsidiaries and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”), are not responsible for lost, late,
misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, telephone calls, text messages, email,
or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP),
Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications,
failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical
failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or
software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human,
mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this
Sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten
or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website’s terms of service, as solely determined by the
Sponsor or Administrator, will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for any
incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by
any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes
no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or
transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access.
Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries,
and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Released Parties are not responsible for injury
or damage to participant's or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from
participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor’s or
Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human
intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair
administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries,
Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate
the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winner from among all valid Entries received prior to
action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. In the event of
a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account
used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. The authorized
account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other
organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All materials submitted become the
property of Anheuser-Busch, LLC and will not be returned. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT
ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR
EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS SHALL NOT
APPLY TO A RESIDENT OF NEW JERSEY TO THE EXTENT DAMAGES TO SUCH NEW
JERSEY RESIDENT ARE THE RESULT OF SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR’S NEGLIGENT,
FRAUDULENT OR RECKLESS ACT(S) OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.
