 Las salidas de emergencia
Este bus cuenta con salidas de emergencia las mismas que
se encuentran claramente indicadas: contamos en el primer
nivel con dos ventanas laterales una a cada lado y una puerta
central por la cual usted acaba de hacer su ingreso. En el
segundo nivel con 6 ventanas, 3 a cada lado y dos escotillas
en la parte superior del bus, para abrir las escotillas debe
retirar el protector rojo, presionar la manija y empujar hacia
arriba, contamos con los martillos de seguridad que se
encuentran en el primer y segundo nivel en los espacios
centrales del bus, estos martillos serán usados para romper
las ventanas de salida en caso de emergencia, también
contamos con un extintor que se encuentra ubicada en la
parte derecha del puerta de ingreso subiendo al segundo
nivel, en caso de emergencia sírvase evacuar el bus.
Cinturones de seguridad
Informamos a los señores pasajeros que por disposición del
Ministerio de trasportes y comunicación estaremos viajando
a una velocidad de 90 km/hora permitidos, ya que todos los
buses de turismo Transzela son monitoreados por GPS.
Transportes Tranzsela se preocupa por su seguridad por lo
cual les solicitamos abrocharse el cinturón de seguridad el
cual se encuentra sobre su asiento, para hacer uso del
mismo deberá de insertar la punta de metal en el seguro y
ajustar la correa a sus cintura, para soltarlo simplemente
presione el botón de color rojo.
Cargadores de celulares
Nuestra unidad está equipada con cargadores de celulares
los cuales se encuentran al costado de sus asientos o debajo
de sus coderas, los cargadores son con entrada de puerto
USB repetimos los cargadores son con entradas de puerto
USB.
Internet a bordo
Señores pasajeros les informamos que nuestra unidad
cuenta con el servicio de internet inalámbrico WI-FI y podrá
hacer uso de él, donde exista cobertura celular;
encuéntranos como punto de acceso como, Transzela wifi o
wifi Transzela y la contraseña es del 1 al 8, repito la
contraseña es del 1 al 8. Informamos a los señores pasajeros
que nuestro wifi solo tiene acceso para música, videos y
juego. Los beneficios indicados no forma parte del servicio,
se brinda en calidad de cortesía. Además puede acceder a la
cabina de internet ubicado al frente de nuestro salón VIP la
cual cuenta con una computadora con acceso USB, con
procesador de texto y hoja de cálculo incluidos.

Emergency exits
This bus has emergency exits which are clearly indicated:
we have on the first level two side windows, one on each
side and a central door through which you have just
entered. On the second level with 6 windows, 3 on each
side and two hatches on the top of the bus. To open the
hatches you must remove the Red Guard, press the
handle and push up. We have the safety hammers that
are in the first and second level in the central spaces of
the bus, these hammers can be used to break the exit
windows in case of emergency. We also have an
extinguisher that is located on the right side of the
entrance door going up to the second level. In case of
emergency, please evacuate the bus.
Seatbelts
We inform the passengers that we will be traveling at a
speed of 90 km / hour as specified by the Ministry of
transport and communication, since all Transzela tour
buses are monitored by GPS. Transports’ Tranzsela is
concerned about your safety so we ask you to fasten the
seat belt which is on your seat, to use it you must insert

cellular coverage; search for Transzela wifi or wifi

 Comodidad
Para reclinar el respaldo de sus asientos en que está viajando
al lado del mismo encontrará una palanquilla o botón que
podrán accionar para graduar la inclinación del espaldar con
el peso de su cuerpo hasta la posición que sea de su agrado.
Así mismo en la parte delantera de vuestros asientos
encontrará un dispositivo para el descanso de las piernas.
Luces y aire acondicionado
En la parte superior de sus asientos encontrarán un panel de
luz de lectura, conductos o tomas de aire acondicionado las
misma que podrá girar para abrir y cerrar, también hallarán un
timbre de color rojo con el cual usted podrá llamar a su
tripulante de servicio.
Servicios higiénicos.
Este bus está equipado con 02 servicios higiénicos los cuales
deberán ser utilizados únicamente como urinario, repetimos
deberán ser utilizados únicamente como urinario, para los
pasajeros del primer nivel el servicio se encuentra ubicado en
la parte central del bus, para los pasajeros del segundo nivel
se encuentra en la parte posterior del pasillo. La forma de uso
de nuestros servicio es de la siguiente manera: para ingresar
jale fuertemente la manija de la puerta, una vez dentro gire el
pestillo hacia el lado derecho de esta manera se encenderá la
luz y se activará el extractor de aire, a su vez del otro lado de la
puerta se encenderá la luz que indica ocupado.
Al final se su uso, sírvase presionar el botón rojo para la
limpieza con agua, para así mantenerlo limpio por
consideración al siguiente pasajero que haga uso del mismo.
En caso de cualquier otra necesidad sírvase comunicarlo a su
tripulante a fin de coordinar paradas en lugares apropiados de
la ruta, por seguridad solicitamos a los pasajeros que viajen
con niños que se sirvan acompañarlos al baño
Otras recomendaciones
Durante el viaje le recomendamos, no abrir las ventanas o las
escotillas para evitar la fuga del aire acondicionado, le
agradeceremos apagar o cambiar a modo silencioso sus
celulares o radio de manera que no afecte el descanso de los
demás pasajeros. Finalmente le informamos de acuerdo a la
ley 25357, está prohibido fumar en esta unidad también
ingerir bebidas alcohólicas, sentarse en las coderas de los
asientos y quitarse los zapatos.
De requerir otro tipo de asistencia podrán ubicarme en el
asiento del tripulante, ubicado frente a la puerta del primer
nivel, que estaré para servirles.

Comfort
To recline the seat in which you are traveling, you will find a
lever or button on the side that you can press to adjust the
inclination of the backrest with the weight of your body to
the position that is to your liking. Also in the front of your
seat you will find a device for resting your legs.
Lights and air conditioning
In the upper part of your seats you will find a reading light
panel, ducts or air conditioning sockets that you can turn to
open and close, you will also find a red bell with which you
can call your service crew member.
Sanitary facilities.
This bus is equipped with 02 hygienic services which should
only be used as a urinal; we repeat they should be used only
as a urinal. For the passengers of the first level the service is
located in the central part of the bus, for the passengers of
the second level, it is in the back of the bus. The way of
using our service is as follows: to enter pull the handle of the

Señores pasajeros su atención por favor se les comunica
que en breves instantes se estará ofreciendo el servicio
de…………………….. Se les recuerda que mientras dure el
mismo el uso del servicio higiénico así como transitar por
los pasadizos queda restringido, se les pide por favor
acomodar sus asientos en posición vertical de 90 grados
para su mayor comodidad y la comodidad de las
personas que se encuentran en la parte de atrás, así
mismo contamos con unas mesitas plegables delante de
sus asientos, la cual deberán girar el pestillo que la
sostiene y jalar suavemente de ella para su mejor uso,
según sea el caso, esperando que la ……………… sea de
su completo agrado. Agradecemos por su atención.
5. SPEECH DE DESCANSO (después de haber terminado el
servicio de cena, y los pasajeros estén listo para
descansar) no se menciona este speech en caso de ser de
día.
Señores pasajeros se les comunica que en breves
instantes, se pasarán a apagar las luces del salón así
mismo, se les informa que desde este momento el uso
del servicio higiénico queda habilitado. Por medidas de
seguridad le recomendamos mantener sus cortinas del
salón cerradas, así como tener sus cinturones de
seguridad abrochados hasta el término del viaje, a
continuación les invitamos acomodar sus asientos, en
posición de descanso presionando o jalando la
palanquilla que se encuentra al costado del mismo y
graduando su asiento a su comodidad con el peso de
cuerpo, así mismo contamos dentro de los paneles de
control con luces de lectura y conductos de aire
