Eugene Paciente Mulles, through undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully aver that:

There is a scheduled Pre-Trial of the instant case on 10 October 2016;

The undersigned counsel is pregnant and is expected to give birth sometime in 07

November 2016;

Hence, she is no longer advised to travel by her doctor as it will affect the disposition of
the baby;

In view of this, undersigned counsel is constrained to seek a resetting of the instant case
to sometime in December 2016 preferably 12 December 2016.
