The College of Political Science and Public Administration of the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines requires its fourth-year students to undergo 200 hours of practicum before graduation.

The training is intended to reinforce academic preparation with actual job experience in their area
of specialization. Specifically, we would like our students to have adequate exposure and experience in the
following areas:

2. Public Policy Making
3. Program Development and Evaluation
4. Decision-Making

Should your policy and program permit, may we recommend the following fourth-year students of

We have chosen your office as one of our practicum stations for the reason that you have a strong
performance in the areas mentioned above. It is our hope that practicum students will obtain the needed

necessary evaluation form so we can have a feedback of our student’s performance in their practicum.
