become payable by us immediately on first written demand, without proof or
conditions, by PCIHBV.
We agree that we shall not be discharged or released from this Guarantee by any
agreement made between the BIDDER and PCIHBV with or without our consent or
by any alterations in the obligations undertaken by the BIDDER or any forbearance,
or by any change in name or constitution of PCIHBV or the BIDDER.
