To the Communicating for Agriculture Exchange Program (CAEP) Committee:

It is my pleasure to give my recommendation to Leofred N. Ganibo who is applying as

an Intern at the 2019 Communicating for Agriculture Exchange Program (CAEP) in the
Canada.

As a graduate of BS Agriculture, Mr. Ganibo had exemplified commitment and

excellence in his academics here at the Western Philippines University-Main Campus.
Besides being outstanding in his academics, Mr. Ganibo had been active in various co-
curricular activities with the hope of acquiring new skills and fulfilling new interests in
agriculture. This includes his participation in the International Agricultural Internship
Program in Israel in 2016 and joining as a student assistant at the WPU Swine Project and
WPU Agromet Station in 2014 and 2015, respectively.

With the dedication and passion of Mr. Ganibo, I can vouch that the experience he will
gain from your program will truly entice him to pursue his career in agriculture and be a
prime-mover in trickling down his skills and knowledge to the grassroots level, particularly
to our farmers.

Moreover, I believe that this program can be a great platform in allowing Mr. Ganibo to
contribute in the exchange of views and ideas among the participants. On top of this,
the CAEP can provide an opportunity for him to learn from the experiences of his fellow
participants and obtain a global perspective about agriculture.
