AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 3 FOR CY 2018 OF BARANGAY CADIIS, CARMEN,
COTABATO IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN
PESOS (P 193,787.00).

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay of Cadiis, Carmen, Cotabato in a regular session

assembled that;

Section 1 The amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY
SEVEN PESOS (P 193,787.00 ) is hereby appropriated for the Additional Current Operating
Expenditures.

Section 2 The amount hereby appropriated shall be taken from the Additional IRA.

Section 3 This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY FOR APPROVAL

THE SUPPLEMENTAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CY- 2018 OF THE BARANGAY FUNDED BY THE 20%
OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE ALLOTMENT (IRA) IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FIFTY EIGHT
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN PESOS AND 40/100 (P 58,757.40).

Whereas, presented to the body for approval and endorsement to the Sangguniang Barangay for
approval was the Supplemental Development Plan for CY- 2018 of the Barangay which is funded by the 20% of
the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) in the total amount of FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY
SEVEN PESOS AND 40/100 (P 58,757.40) with the specific projects/programs and activities and corresponding
funds allocation as enumerated below, to wit:

Whereas, after a careful and thorough deliberation, the body found the plan was in order and of

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolves, to approve and endorse as it hereby approves and endorses to the
Sangguniang Barangay for approval the Supplemental Development Plan for CY-2018 funded by the 20% of the
Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) in the total amount of FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY
SEVEN PESOS AND 40/100 (P 58,757.40).

Section 1. The programs, activities and projects funded under the 10% Sangguniang Kabataan
Supplemental Budget for CY-2018 of Barangay Cadiis, Carmen, Cotabato are hereby approved on the basis of
the budget submitted by the Task Force on Youth Development of this Barangay for its utilization pursuant to
the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act 10632 in the total amount of TWENTY NINE
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT PESOS AND 70/100 (P 29,378.70).

Section 2. The Programs, activities and projects under the 10% Sangguniang Kabataan Supplemental
Budget for CY-2018 of this Barangay and its corresponding appropriations hereby follows, to wit:
