our site architect, AR. John Kim Magallenes. This meeting is to inform everybody that there will be
changes to be made by our company’s new rules and regulations.

Subject: Fourth quarterly report: Project- One storey residential house

INTRODUCTION
In response to your September 01, 2018 request, here is our fourth quarterly report on the project,
1- storey residential house. This is the continuation of the fourth quarterly report dealt mostly with
finishing and final touch for release. The installing of windows is the beginning stage of our company’s
fourth and final building plans which include the following specific tasks:
1. Ceiling works – installing wall angles and carrying channels
2. Glass works – installing sliding windows
3. Tile works – installing tiles all over the floor including walls inside the toilet and bath.

WORK ACCOMPLISHED
In the fourth quarter, we completed the following:
1. We finished fabricating the wall angles and carrying channels for ceiling. We completed this
work on September 8, 2018.
2. Alturas glass took care of the installation of glass works for sliding windows and doors. They
finished these jobs on September 15, 2018.
3. Our tile setters install the tiles from living room to dining room, all bedrooms and comfort
rooms. We completed this work on September 29, 2018.
CURRENT PROGRESS
To complete our project, we are presently doing the following:
1. We are installing scaffolds outside the building for the preparation of painting the higher areas in
the exterior walls.
2. Sub-contractors are working on the paintings inside the house.

FUTURE WORK
The coating of the interior and exterior works will take place after the installation of scaffolds to ensure
that workers are safe in doing the whole process. We ensure that we can finish the whole painting
process in less than two months and we can turn over the building after everything is cleared

Subject: Monthly report: Project- Renovation of Mr. Gustin’s Bar and Grill

INTRODUCTION
In response to your September 10, 2018 request, here is our first monthly report of the renovation
of the bar. This report dealt mostly with the demolition of the structure. The demolition is beginning
stage of our company’s first monthly building plans which include the following specific tasks:

1. Demolition – demolition of the old structure.

2. Layout – layout of the structure which includes the clearing of the site.
3. Steel fabrication - the installation of steel reinforcement to be ready in pouring the cement
mixture for the next month’s goal.

WORK ACCOMPLISHED
In the first month, we completed the following:
1. We finished the demolition of the structure.
2. We’re done the whole layout process including the clearing of the site, locating the columns and
right setbacks with the accordance of the city planning rules and regulations.
3. The whole steel fabrication is done including the columns, roof beams and wall footings..

CURRENT PROGRESS
To complete our project, we are presently doing the following:
1. Establishing the wall footing and column footing.
2. Reinforcing the columns and beams with cement mixtures.
3. Piling of concrete hollow blocks for walling.

FUTURE WORK
The process of establishing the floor slabs will be take place after the piling of the CHB to be followed
by installation of the roof truss. Moreover, we wish we could come to terms with the UNION GALVA
STEEL in installing the roof. Our goal is to finish the roofing in less than three months.
